It serves with local beef, pork and vegetables. Very fresh. The shop is Japanese style with tatami, no chairs, . The staff are very nice and takes good care of customers. They'll remind you about the big flames cause by the grease of beef and pork. Prepare u ice to cool down the flames. Very pleasant experience.

Today, I had a lunch in this noodle restaurant with my family. First of all, my GPS didn't work well, so I had a difficulty to find this place. Anyway, I arrived here and all the tables were occupired. About 10 minutes later we got a table and order five noodles. They have two kinds of menu, noodle with pork rib and other one with pork belly. The texture of meat was so fresh. All of my family agreed that foods were amazing. I love to visit here again.

We stayed at the Busena Terrace for three nights and had dinner here for two out of the three. The service is very attentive and all of the staff are very diligent, even if there is an English language barrier. The food was very good, and worth the price. We had the pork shabu shabu and the portions were surprisingly huge.On the first night we tried a more elaborate set menu which was quite good but it looked like everyone was having the shabu shabu so we did the same later. It's a very filling meal and something that is probably difficult to find elsewhere outside the island.

This is one of my favorite stops when passing through Nago City after spending the day in the northern areas of Okinawa. It is conveniently located, just south of the downtown business district on HWY58 so, it is a great place to stop and take a break. There is a choice of seating, depending upon your preferences: Table and chairs, tatami room or, counter at the sushi bar. While formal, upscale meals are available, I'm usually in a rush to leave the city so, settle for the sushi or, a bowl of Okinawa Soba. The food is delicious and you couldn't ask for a more pleasant staff. English language is very limited so it's best to speak Japanese or, have someone who does, accompany you. There is a small shop at the entrance where you can find some antiques and collectables as well as, herbal teas, local spirits and farm produce at very reasonable prices. So, it is a good idea to look at the fruits and vegetables on your way out, if you want to lower you grocery bill. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends along with some advice: Bring lots of yen.

This is a great little Izakaya which is well worth a visit if you're staying in Nago. Decent selection of food and drink and reasonable prices. Staff don't speak much English but there is an English menu available. Of course people are smoking inside which is really annoying, otherwise this place would be worthy of 5 stars.

Aussie attending with my Japanese family, been to several restaurants trying Okinawan food, already. This one is located not far from our resort. My sister-in-law was not able to book a table in the evening, which gave the impression that it would be difficult to get a table. Not the case, when we arrived, there were plenty of empty tables. As I didn't pay to bill, I was unaware of the seating charge, but my wife says she saw a 350 yen per person charge listed. You don't find out till the end, so I don't feel it's a fair charge. We didn't encounter it, anywhere else. It is not a venue with a personaility, the staff aren't upbeat or cheerful, I guess you could say it is exciting as any fast food restaurant. We had tried different versions of the food in the other places on Okinawa. Seaweed, tofu, noodles, pork, chicken, carrots, egg and rice all feature in the meals we shared. The sea grapes were saltier here, but not unbearable. I love ice cold, sea grapes, though. The food was mainly fine, no real issues. Sorry about the captions on my photos, just what I could remember. I did have a really nice wheat beer called Helios Weizen which is imported into Okinawa, worth trying if you get the chance. The desserts were not all as they appeared in the description photos, some much smaller than expected. Recommended, if you are chasing a quick meal, before drinks elsewhere.

Interesting location, while following the car gps to the location, it will bring to you some rural area, then u will arrive at some grave yard before reaching the restaurant. The ambient of Ufuya is very nice with garden and waterfall. I am not a fan of pork, so my review on food wouldn't count.willt842様この度は百年古家大家にご来店いただきありがとうございます。

I've been to Miyazato Soba two or three times over the two instances I've lived in Okinawa. We've always enjoyed what we've ordered here. I portions of pork are substantial compared to other soba I've eaten. The staff are friendly. Often times we've been the only Americans in the establishment. It's very much a family oriented restaurant. I would return if I were up north, especially if I have guests.
