We were starving for really good steak. Chiliâs on base..meh. The Chop House at the OâClub...again?? Sherlock Holmes? Once was enough. So tooling around Google I saw a picture of the sliced steak at this Izakaya with ample parking down the road from Joyful Honda. Oh my! Ok, be warned that itâs a smoking establishment, so go early before itâs a no-shoes place with shoe lockers out front. Weâre seated in a private semi-traditional room where you sit on the floor, but there is space for your legs under the table. The menu is extensive and varied, and in English. Each item is numbered. There is a pad and pencil, where you write down the item number and quantity, to include drinks.It all comes out fast, and everything is delicious, to include the steak, of course! For Misawa alumni, they have a very acceptable cheese gyoza!I feed my family of four for Â¥7000ish. One of our favorites!
