Typical Japanese food (ramen, soup, teriyaki, sushi, and so on). The food was ok but not worthy of a higher rating. There are not many Japanese restaurants around Commerce, The place closes around 6:30 pm. A word of caution: there's a lot of construction on Washington Blvd. (as of June 2015) and traffic can really be a problem.

Stopped by to check it out and was pleasantly surprised. It is an Asian Fusion taco place and some of the best tacos I have ever had. I order a Taco Sampler that had 5 different Tacos and I really liked the Rakken AL Pastor and Butter Shrimp.

This is super nice place! We where at little Tokyo and saw the line for this restaurant! What a joy. The ramen soup was authentic en full of taste! Awesome!The homemade gyoza was great as well. Must visit!!

One of the best reasons to come DTLA. We scored a table quickly and enjoyed our meal, cannot say enough about the freshness and presentation. Sugarfish is the draw in this area and we can always rely on great fresh sushi. Trust me - we are coming back!

The interior is nice and clean with enough seating. Went in for lunch and didn't have to wait in line. The food was prepared correctly and was served quickly. I ordered the Loco Moco and it's as great as always.

I've been to a few Yoshinoya Restaurants in the LA area and this one in Maywood had the best Teriyaki Chicken. It was tender, moist and the most delicious. I ordered a combination bowl with the Teriyaki Chicken and beef, with mixed vegetables. It was among the best I've ever had. This Yoshinoya is in a strip mall along Slauson Avenue, east of Atlantic Boulevard in Maywood. It is safe in the daytime; have not been there at night. it is pretty busy at noontime during the weekdays, so it is rather popular and I would try it again.
