Things to do in Lyttelton
A really lovely little place. The food is fresh and wonderfully tastey. It is mainly for take away but there are perhaps half a dozen tables so you can sit down should you wish. The owners were very friendly. If you are visiting Lyttelton or the Governers Bay area I would certainly recommend this place for a quick lunch.

We have been here on numerous occasions and never had a bad experience. Service, food, general experience are always of the highest quality. Whenever we have friends or family visiting this is our go to restaurant to take them to.The all you can eat teppan yaki option is great value, always delicious and is always a great experience sitting around the grill watching your food cooked freshly in front of you to your taste. 10/10!

This is a quiet Japanese restaurant with a lovely view of the sea . We were surprised it wasn't fully booked .The menu is extensive and all perfectly cooked at the right price. The shrimp fish cakes are a must .We missed a Japanese curry on the dinner menu but notice it's on the takeaway menu.Open for lunch , dinner and takeaways. We will be back soon as we need to support small local businesses and the food and service is perfect.
