Got the Groupon so give this one a try and it was a horrible experience. Location: If you drive along Rte 23 N you will never find this restaurant unless you pay attention to the number sign. It was just next to Kohl's Mall. Food and service: Only a waitress there, take order, serve the food and also answer phone order. Food was blend and the presentation even worst. Decor: was okHowever will never go back again.

Visited with the nephews. Always a fun time and good food if you know what to expect from hibachi (shrimp, chicken, sirloin and filet) Hibachi chefs always put on a good show. I will say that the place could use an update.

We made a reservation at the restaurant for earlier this evening for dinner with friends and when we showed up with our Service Dog which was wearing a clearly marked vest, we were escorted into a front room that had no heat. I explained to the gentleman, Damian, who took us into the room, that since the room had no heat our guests, who are elderly, were very uncomfortable and asked if could we be seated in the adorning room which we walked thru that was heated and unoccupied. He stated we could not sit there because of the Service Dog, wearing her marked vest, even though there were no other customers there at the time.I'm assuming he does not understand the Federal laws applying to Service Animals even though I tried to explain them to him.We left since our older guests were so uncomfortable in the unheated room ( outside temperature at the time in Fair field, NJ was approx. 50 degrees ).Since we are staying at the LaQuinta Hotel next door, we will be making sure to let everyone know our treatment even though we had a Service Animal wearing her marked vest with us the entire stay, as well as our last stay there.I will also be leaving negative feedback on all the other Restaurant websites so anyone coming to New Jersey will know not to patronage your restaurant in the future.I will be also contacting the Federal & Sate agencies that handle discrimination against American with Disabilities to report your restaurants handling of us.
Have visited Asian Kawa many times before and always a great dining experience. Staff is very friendly and on the ball.Sushi is fresh and presented in a wonderful way for diners. I personally like the Thai dishes they make and recommend the various curry dishes.

Before Mr. Sushi opened you had to go to NYC to get high grade sushi. Some 15 years later they are still going strong. There's a reason for that. Jack welcomes every client as a friend visiting his house. You can't beat the value and quality at Mr. Sushi. There is a full kitchen for cooked Asian dishes as well.

just ok. We use to order from Lee's a few years ago if we were having parties etc and they were great but not anymore. We spent over $100 on a sushi tray for a party and it was not great at all. A lot of rice and very very little fish. Even the seafood was mostly the imitation crab meat. CROSS THAT OFF MY SUSHI LIST!!!

I have eaten here several times and the food is always very good. My mother always gets the mango chicken and really enjoys it. This time, we went in because it was open later than most other places nearby. My boyfriend got miso salmon, and he thought it was great. I ordered the sesame noodles appetizer. I asked if they were hot-spicy and she eventually said no. I asked the waitress how large it would be and she thought I meant the noodle size. I clarified that I meant the portion size and she said small. Communication was difficult but she encouraged me to order more. So, I ordered dumplings as well. The noodles turned out to be piled high on a large plate. They were delicious, with no hot spice. My mother and boyfriend took substantial portions to try. There was still so much that I was full when I finished the noodles. The dumplings turned out to be too hot-spicy for me, plus I was stuffed. I wish the waitress had said they were spicy, since I had expressed concern about that with the noodles. Luckily my boyfriend liked them and he finished them off. One warning is that they did close right at closing time. We were wrapping up then and my mother opted then to get the rest of her mango chicken (about half) boxed to go so she could finish it at home rather than feel rushed.

It was a unique and unforgettable experience. We had several sushi rolls and the tuna tartare, which I love. The meals were fresh and tasted clean, with just enough of the necessary toppings to create an explosion of flavors. I would recommend this to anyone who especially enjoys eating raw fish.
