A great spot if you are looking for true japanese inspired sushi offer. They are keeping it pure, with ability for food to speak for itself. Fabulous taste. We truly enjoyed our dinner.

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely sushi lunch. A great selection of offering. We loved the tempura shrimp sushi roll the most. The spicy salmon roll was wonderful too.

In the last week we've had Sushiya twice. One takeout and one in restaurant and both experiences were amazing. We've had a lot of sushi at various place throughout the country and Sushiya is by far the best. Super fresh, clean and great portion size. We had Shumai, Gyoza, Fried Crab App, Special Sushi, Tekka Don, Tri Color Sushi, Beef Teriyaki, Salmon Maki, Unagi Sushi and they were by far the best we've ever had. Can't wait to go back and try more. they have the most extensive menu to accommodate any palate. A must try if you are in the upper valley.
