I have been going here at least once a week since they have opened. While there is a sushi train for super fast service you can order on the iPad. Food is delivered to your table very fast and fresh by efficient friendly staff. There is outdoor seating and the restaurant is at the back of the Plaza opposite Aldi. Try the crab claw and Unagi some of the best I've had. Most of the dishes are only $3.50. we rarely spend more than $25.00 for two!

We had a group of eight people and everyone was impressed by the food. The bonus was having so many gluten free options - really wish I lived closer!

Lovely place and a nice lunch. The eggplant was to die for, also the open gyoza were very nice and the chicken and lemongrass were also very nice. Fresh cooked edaname beans and a sesame salad addede to the taste experience.
Needed an afternoon snack and stumbled across this place. They made the sushi fresh rather than the rolls that have been sitting there for hours. I had the medium teriyaki beef. Loved it. For $5 it was great value and I'd come back!

We have been twice to Grace Platter to experience their 10 or 12 course (I couldn't keep up with the number of courses) banquet - and both times it was superb. Great variety of excellent food from beef and prawns to soft shell crab and chicken sushi. We let the chef choose the courses and were never disappointed. And the cost? Unbelievably cheap!!Absolutely fantastic restaurant and I would give six stars if it was possible. We will go back again and again. If you like Japanese food, if you like reasonable prices, and if you live within 50km., you MUST go to this tiny shopfront restaurant. There is al-fresco dining available, but the only view is of the traffic and trains.
