Looks like this is the second branch and the newer one, located in the middle of this highly toured street. It's somewhat austere design offers a nice getaway from the crowded and noisy street. The staff is very welcoming and the menu is pretty simple: SOBA. Served cold in Medium or Large size, with Wasabi or Radish. The noodles are hand made fresh and at the end of the meal you can drink the Soba-yu, which are the noodle's cooking water.

Located close to the main historical high-street, this is a quite, relaxing cafe with tasteful wooden interiors and soft, jazzy background music. The afternoon menu mostly comprised tofu-based sweets, we missed salty alternatives. We ordered dengaku (roasted tofu on a stick) which was quite tasty but could not replace a full lunch. They also served excellent coffee. Overall, a very nice cafe if one needs to take a relaxing tea break when visiting Inuyama, but one should better look elsewhere for a substantial meal in the afternoon.
