I'm not a sushi fan but my adult children (and my grandson) love it. I did try some that didn't have raw seafood in it. It was okay but not something I would suggest on my own. As I mentioned, my adult children loved it- they ordered many different kinds and I think all was eaten. The restaurant was okay, not too much of an atmosphere. I'm quite sure my children will go here again.

After hearing so many word of mouth recommendations by our neighbors, my wife and I decided to give OSHA a try. Upon arriving we were told there would be an hour wait so we had a couple of drinks at the bar. Looking around this restaurant is very nicely decorated and even though it is not very big, it still felt very cozy and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many people waiting an hour or longer for a table. Our waitress Ashley was phenomenal and had a terrific personality. You can tell she loves her job and took her time reviewing the menu, answering our questions, and giving us her recommendations which were spot on. We started with the dumplings which were delicious and very flavorful. Then we ordered 3 rolls...Doki (my favorite), Sakura (wife’s favorite), and Aki. All 3 rolls were so fresh, delicious, and had a wonderful presentation. Afterwards one of the Owners came by our table to greet us and explained that they fly their sushi quality fish from Japan and never use fish that has been frozen. I cannot say enough about this restaurant and absolutely plan on being a regular customer. Granted they are new and are on a learning curve dealing with the crowd during peak hours, I am confident that will work out. At the moment they do not take reservations for the reason of not turning away walk up customers. In addition. They do not do carry out because they do not want that to be a reason for delaying service to people in the restaurant waiting. These are details that will be figured out in time. Best of luck, thanks for an excellent dinner, and see you very soon.

Futo Makil & Shrimp Tempura rolls are beautiful, delicious, and big!! Thinking I would get standard size rolls, I added the seaweed salad that was also scrumptious, but left me FULL!!! Not spectacular decor, in a strip mall next to a grocery store, but the food is not to be missed. Glad I found it!!
