Come by your local Noodles & Company at 12190 SE 82nd Ave, , Clackamas where its globally inspired dishes including noodles, soups and salads, come together to create a World Kitchen.
Went to Noodles and Company to try one of their newly advertised Buff bowls. These are a handful of their regular bowls with the addition of a meat of your choice. The employee at the register was super helpful with the choices offered and even gave us suggestions of her favorite add ins. Took her advice and had a delicious lunch. Had a Pesto cavatappi with shredded pork and added a cheese sauce. So good. Bowls are generous and items are fresh. Many items to choose from. Service is fast and place has a good friendly atmosphere.

We had heard good things about this place and we are really into good sushi, so we looked forward to going there. Plus, we recently moved to Happy Valley and salivated at the thought of having a great sushi place in the neighborhood. The ambience is not bad for a strip mall location and the interior has a definite Japanese feel to it with its wall decorations and black furniture. The service was fast and friendly. The menu was extensive and creative with a huge number of sushi rolls offered. The wife had the Crazy Roll, I had the Volcano Roll. While both were prepared in an attractive way, there was nothing special about the freshness or flavors that would elevate this place over most other similar establishments found in every third Portland strip mall.We will definitely give this place another shot, and hope next time it shows the excellence we had heard about.

This is by far one the most inventive sushi restaurants I've been to. From the moment you walk in the door, (hard to find in a neat way), to the artful display of plates, to the unconventional amazing over the top bathrooms. To get into Sinju, you have to find the door that blends in with the wood wall. It's a bit confusing, but really neat once you find it. The host desk is immediately in to the right. The decor is stunning, and it's done in fine dining taste. The food was phenomenal. I sat at the bar and talked with the owner who's also a sushi chef. They really take food to an art form. I've never seen such beauty on a plate. Decorated perfectly, tastes amazing. This is a sushi house to NOT skip. The bathrooms are a trip. I'm not going to describe them and ruin it, but please if once in your life, this is a bathroom I'd recommend trying. I've starred this place and whenever I'm near it, I'll always revisit it.

Your sushi restaurant near Portland serving sushi & Japanese food that is simply delightful. Fujis in Clackamas caters to everyone, from those looking for a quick bite to those seeking to satisfy their sophisticated palates. From the freshest local sushi
Based on some of the reviews I expected better. One roll was made too large and not rolled tight enough and immediately fell apart. Pork dumplings tasted like something you'd find at Costco in the freezer section. Service wasn't especially friendly or helpful. Didn't get the impression anything was fresh. Disappointing overall.
Where to eat Italian food in Happy Valley: The Best Restaurants and Bars
We like to try new teriyaki places and we were very pleased! They have quite an extensive menu with some special dishes, like the Vegetable Bulogi Bowl. The Bulgogi was absolutely wonderful! They gave me some extra vegetables instead of rice, which was very nice. The sauce was perfect, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. My wife got chicken stir fry which was also wonderful. We ordered Yakisoba to go for mother-in-law as well as some more Bulgogi -- she usually loves Yakisoba but this time preferred the Bulgogi. I have a Korean sister-in-law and this was as good as hers! YAY! The hosts were very friendly and efficient, and our food came out in a timely manner. Thanks for a nice experience.

One of Portland's BEST sushi bars. Super Fresh...staff is friendly and the food is amazing. My wife gets the Washington Roll, I get the Dinner Bento with Sesame Chicken, Tempura, and Cali Roll. If you love Sushi...this one is up there in the race for the best. As you well know, when it comes to Sushi, no two sushi places are alike...like Pizza. This is one of our favorites. Lots of Japanese nick nacks all over......typical authentic. You will love it. We do.
