We had to stay over night in Chitoise and are in the Hotel Wing. We ended up walking down in the snow and walked into the friendliest reception.They had english menus and explained how to eat all of the dishes including grinding the seseame them adding all of the pickles.We saw them cooking everything on the open kitchen and the place was very well lit and clean.The meal was delicious and really filling.Highly recommeded for anyone in the area!

There are so many ramen shops in the airport and I chose this because they do half servings for Yen650 as I really wasnât hungry but wanted to eat ramen. Soup is hot, flavorful and not salty. Texture of ramen good but a bit too soft. Only one slice of pork which didnât taste much. The bamboo shoots were pretty roughly chopped.

Haskap has a very good breakfast buffet catering to Asian and international guests ..I actually did not get tired of the food offered despite having them for 3 mornings because of the variety of food spread on the buffet table ..from the appetizers to the main course and dessert ..I particularly enjoyed the omelette and how it was prepared on the spot ..

Just wanted a quick, delicious dinner for our first night in Japan. Obviously we didnât do enough research because this was so disappointing. The service was immaculate but the sashimi choices were just too adventurous for our taste. Definitely go here if you want sashimi & are willing to pay top dollar for it.

Iâm divided on actually posting a review. Why? This is a secret gem - an amazing sushi restaurant in the commercial podium of the airport.You stand up and order from a screen. There are places for 14 people. Last night there was a line of 30 or more - at least an hours wait. So if Japanese are willing to cue for a sushi restaurant you know that it is special. The name is actually Sushi 57 - not 52.....

High quality sashimi and sea urchin on rice. Definitely much better than any one in hirafu. Service is ok and prompt. Price is extremely cheap. Recommended in particular for a quick lunch before flying.

Tasty sushi, some items like Ohma maguro are expensive. All the chefs are energy and very friendly. Both salmon arajiru soup and crab soup are big portion, crab soup, which is completely different from teppo jiru, with whole legs and body meat. Their smart tag system is also quick and handy.

I had breakfast here before boarding my flight back to Tokyo. The special of the house is Butadon -- a very delicious bowl of pork and rice. Really tender pork in a wonderful sauce.
