Being of Japanese ancestry, I often take a dim view of Japanese restaurants that have a lot of Korean or Chinese influence and take liberties with authenticity. Hanayuki, however, is superb by any measure and is easily my favorite Japanese restaurant in the Tri-Cities after Matoi Sushi. Having just opened, it is of course impeccably clean, and everything about the presentation: décor, flatware, food presentation, etc., is equally top-notch. None of this would matter if the food wasn't good, but it is really really good. The sushi rice is exceptionally well done, the fish is fresh and clean, and everything else we've tried has been excellent. Highly recommend this place!

The restaurant is in between family restaurant and fine dinner, so we found the price is very very mini comparison to the food, atmosphere and service.Nice place to enjoy dinner and sip some drinks.

The place is spartan, only a few tables, but it's absolutely worth a try, this is the best Sushi you can find in town. They also offer take-away service, if you prefer.

fresh, fast, friendly service and great price! we came with some friends to try and we were very happy mid day for 11.90⬠per person and in the night for 19.90⬠only!!!! really hight recommend it!

Heute haben wir uns zwei Schlemmerplatten mit nach Hause genommen. Um Wartezeiten vor Ort zu verringern sollte man vorher telefonisch bestellen. Das Sushi schmeckt immer gut. Es wird bei der Schlemmerplatten auch ausreichend Sojasauce, Inger und Wasabi mitgegeben.
