Good quality for price food, fish absolutely fresh, I have been eating in Kaori either in and take away and always been satisfied. Shame thou the sushi is also "fusion" so if you are looking for pure sushi you have to specify " no mayo please", " no fried sushi please, and no balsamic vinegar as decoration". That's why I didn't give this place the full score. It's worth a visit and more anyway.

Located at a parkinglot, KiAma is probably one of the most surprising discoveries Barletta has to offer. The service and hospitality being on par with the local standard, and the interior in utter contrast with the surroundings, and a reflection of the great food.The menu is traditional but has some bold dishes like apple tuna rolls, and the all you can eat menu is not inferior to 'la carte'. After ten it is clear that KiAma is the local youth's sweet escape from their maternal cuisine. Being located in a quiet part of town it is the perfect place to have a slow dinner.As for the quality... Very satisfying the fish was fresh, presented in a simple and clean fashion. I especially would like to mention the 'hot tuna' which was our personal favourite. KiAma's sushi set the bar high and might be the reason we won't order sushi at home anytime soon!

Domenica sera decidiamo di mangiare sushi. Si tratta di un piccolo ristorante giapponese (ma cuochi italiani) con ordinazioni alla carta e non all you can eat. I prezzi sono cari, ma data la posizione ci può stare. La qualità del pesce e del riso è abbastanza alta e il personale gentile. Unico neo che mi da sempre fastidio: il cameriere che cerca di intortarti per farti ordinare di più (della serie: avete ordinato un poâ poco). Spesa senza alcolici: almeno 40⬠a testa per uscire sazi.

Da quando abbiamo scoperto Satoshi, due mesi fa, ci siamo già stati tre volte e abbiamo provato anche il servizio d'asporto. La qualità dei prodotti è molto alta: il sashimi è freschissimo e il taglio del pesce è eseguito alla perfezione; del sushi apprezzo il fatto che non venga coperto dalle salse, come spesso succede; la tempura, poi, al panko o alle mandorle, è gustosa e croccante. Per me è il miglior ristorante giapponese della zona. Unico neo: se non si prenota è difficilissimo trovare posto!
