A minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto station! Brand new pizzeria/gelateria, eat-in&out.

We stopped in here for a late lunch and are glad we did. The service was great and super efficient. We had a green salad and a pizza, the margarita doc pizza. We cleaned our plates until they shined again. The consistency and chewiness of the crust was so authentic and delicious! If you want a break from Japanese food, come here for some delicious Italian food. It's in an alley across from the Hakone-Yumoto train station going towards up the hill.

We visited this place during the GW in 2015 on the second night of our Onsen trip to Yugawara, as we wanted a change from the traditional Japanese food we'd been having. The place calls itself an Italian restaurant although they don't serve authentic Italian food. Their pizzas, pastas, etc are more catered towards Japanese taste, without lots of olive oil & strong flavours. We weren't expecting much, but the dishes were surprisingly good and provided us with pleasant change. The decor and the atomsphere of the restaurant was also nice.
