A family restaurant. Home made pasta made with Love. The most delicious tasting pasta I have ever had. Silvana the daughter gave her recommendations which included two specials her mother makes in the kitchen. Tonight a black squid with shrimp and a porcini with spec. My husband and I shared both and loved every bite. We finished the meal with tiramisu...delish!

The food was very good. We ordered spaghetting with seafood, tagiatelle with prawns and beef flank with fries. All was simple and very tasty. We got bread and butter as well as a small selection of appetisers for free while we waited for the mains. We paid â¬70 for the food together with 6 alcoholic drinks. Card payment is possible. We did our best to speak as much French as we could as there was nobody speaking a word of English although the ladies were polite and service quick.

The restaurant is a physically appealing with good architectural lines. It is on a busy corner near grand place and st. Micheal & st Gudula Cathedral. It is a French Italian menu, but also in English. The waitress gave it her best shot to communicate, but spoke very little English. We chose two different dishes on the menu and were eventually told they were "done". The Caesar salad had very little lettuce or dressing. It did have a generous portion of chicken and several shrimps. It actually was quite good. The Mediterranean mix was supposed to have fish, but didn't. All the calamari and shrimp were fried without dipping sauce. When I asked for a sauce my options were ketchup and mustard. Other reviews said this is a family restaurant. We like to support family restaurants, so that was good to hear. However, on a busy Friday night there is only one chef and one waitress.

This quirky, softly-lit place is a great resto de quartier with totally delicious food, mainly pasta. It's clearly home-cooked with care, and the mushroom lasagne in particular was superb - richly flavoured and satisfying. The service was friendly too. Only drawback: a slightly long wait for the main course, which was justified by the fact it had clearly been made fresh. On Mondays a three course menu is just â¬30. A lovely evening at a reasonable price.

I went to try it as reviews are good. Not impressed at all. Service is mediocre as waiters don't care about you. My table was next to the bar and the smell of drains was unpleasant. When I ask for the wifi code they took my phone to directly enter the password without asking if they could do so and of course without telling me the password. Food was mediocre. The calzone was cold inside and the dough was super thick Basically I won't came back

Friendly casual service, very tasty food, and a nice building with wraparound balcony. Food is perhaps a little overpriced for the portions, if you're looking for extreme value for money, but the portions are, thankfully, not over the top, leaving you room for drinks and dessert! Would recommend, and we will return.

The San Daniele restaurant in Brussels owes its name to the famous and traditional ham from San Daniele, a small village in Northeast Italy in the Friuli region between the Alps and the Adriatic. In this way the "San Daniele" Family wishes to underline th
We made reservation 1 hour before lunch. A table for 2 was still possible, and we got a very nice table in the back of the restaurant, at the window. I loved the welcoming right away. This is a no nonsense place. No unnecessary chitchat, just to the point, taking the coat, appointing a table and get informed about how things go. The 3 course lunch goes for a reasonable 60 EUR, including 1 glass of wine. Everything was perfect from starter to the dessert. For the starter and the main course, we could choose 1 out of 2 suggestions. The coffee was not top class. Nespresso if I'm not mistaken. It's ok, but a home made Lavazza would undoubtedly have tasted better. The waiters are friendly and to the point. They have an eye for detail. Supposedly, there's a parking possibilities in the neighbourhood, but you might want to inform before hand. The restaurant is situated on a big avenue, but it is very discreet. Loved the experience. Will be back.

This is how our server greeted us. If you are looking for a good spaghetti in the area, this place is an icon. If you don't like spaghetti, well, pick a different place. Even on a week night, the place was full. You *must* have the spaghetti Bolognese, which is THE classic. Watch out, this place is everything but fancy, but the spaghetti was good and worth a small detour. Note a small detail, the place only accepts cash.

We had 2 entrees, 2 salads, and 2 desserts. All of them were fantastic. The ingredients and preparation were excellent & tasty. The service was extraordinary as we were asked several times if we were needing anything and if the food was ok.

good food, good wine list, good quick service, but nothing 'special' , not a charming environment, rather 'cold' interior.
