My husband and I ordered a takeaway from this establishment and, even though the delivery was quick, I have nothing else positive to say.I ordered a penne arrabiata which is just plain tomato sauce with chilli. I received mine covered in cheese.I am vegan and dairy intolerant. I called immediately and asked about the cheese. First he denied putting cheese inside so I asked him to double check with the chef when I told him of my allergy. He confirmed what I already knew that cheese was added in the dish. I asked for a replacement and he said no. I had to cook a replacement dinner for myself.I did not even get a refund.I could have ended up in hospital had he not confessed to adding cheese. Luckily I did not eat any of it. The smell of cheese was so strong and overpowering. Very devious of the person on the phone to put customer health at risk.He was also unhelpful and rude. Never again.

My husband and I tried here after reading some of the reviews, which sounded reasonable, plus they claimed to be able to provide gluten-free choices. It seemed like a good place to eat. We arrived early evening without booking a table and were able to get a seat easily, though it did get very busy as we left. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The food, however, was a different story! My husband ordered a pasta dish which he said was quite nice and I ordered a seafood risotto. When my dish arrived there was a huge mound of rice with various types of seafood mixed in. My initial thought was - this doesn't look like a risotto! Upon tasting it, it became apparent that it probably wasn't risotto rice but I ate it because I was hungry. It looked and tasted like basmati rice, and sure enough, when I questioned the waiter who then asked the chef, I was told they had run out of risotto rice so they used basmati rice!!!! This is supposed to be an Italian Restaurant - surely no self-respecting Italian chef would dream of using this type of rice in a risotto. I ended up with a pile of rice floating in a tomato sauce with some seafood thrown in. Not my idea of a good risotto. Why on earth didn't they tell me they had run out and then I could have chosen something else? Very disappointing and thankfully I won't be going back there as I'm unlikely to be in Chingford again.

First time here but very impressed! Food was delicious- piping hot and freshly cooked. The prawns in garlic butter were the best Iâve tasted in a long time and the pizza dough was crisp and light. The front of house staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Last night I had a pizza with a friend and asked for some chilli oil. It arrived in a small bowl with a spoon rather than a bottle and spout. The pizza was good, but the bill included a charge of £1 for chilli oil. I have NEVER been charged for chilli oil in any other restaurant. There was no charge for the extra parmesan my friend had.Just seemed so unnecessary and left a bad taste at the end of the meal.Dear Ian, thanks for your feedback. Sorry you feel you left with a bad taste in your mouth. Please allow me to explain that we buy fresh chillies, then olive oil goes in it to add flavour. The extra fresh chilli pot is a side or an item extra requested by the customer.

We were a party of six and was looking forward to coming here again to eat some really good indian dishes and once again,we were not disappointed. On arrival,we was warmly welcomed and shown to a nice comfortable table which gave plenty of room for us all. This time, I chose the Achari lamb dish which is pieces of lamb cooked with hot pickles and it was really good and not to much heat. We all chose different dishes from the large menu and there was no complaints from anyone.

I treated my daughter in law to a birthday meal at Quindici. The food was very nice. My daughter in law was celebrating her 40 birthday and took a bottle of non alcoholic Prosecco to the restaurant. We were told that a charge of £15 would be for corkage. We explained it was a vey special birthday celebration and that she cannot have alcohol as sheâs pregnant. This was completely disregarded. We ordered a 3 course meal. When her dessert arrived there was no candle and then we were charged £12 on our bill for bringing our non alcoholic prosecco which this restaurant do not sell. We felt this was very disappointing customer service and very short sighted. We have been to other Italian restaurants in the area who said this was not a problem and no charge.Hello Thank you for your review Firstly I apologise if there was no candle on your daughters dessert, that should have been acknowledged by us and Iâm sorry we forgot to do so.Secondly , unfortunately we are a business of which our main aim is to earn money to survive , we cannot afford for customers to bring their own drinks and not buy ours. We donât offer non alcoholic Prosecco but we do offer other non alcoholic drinks, which I also advised you of on the evening. We sell Prosecco for £27 a bottle, so I felt charging a corkage of £15 for your NON alcoholic Prosecco was fair, considering the only other drinks you had were water..... You complained £15 was too much so I then took it upon myself to charge you less, £12 corkage. Iâm sorry that you feel itâs still unfair for my business to charge for drinks being brought onto a LICENSED premises (sole aim being to SELL products) and Iâm also sorry we are not the same as other restaurants you go to who do not charge corkage. Unfortunately my family and I need money in order to survive ....Kind regards James

Shish kitchen is the greatest Turkish restaurant on Great Eastern Rd, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross EN8 8DY Eat in or takeaway.
I'm unable to comment on the food, as due to the very poor service, I had to simply walk out. I was shown to a table which was next to a large party who they doted over and avoid any attempt at eye contact when I tried to order. After nearly 30 minutes of this, enough was enough, I was tired and hungry, so left and despite staying at the hotel next door, drove to another restaurant. Service therefore was non-existent.Dear sir/madam, I am really sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience at out restaurant. However on reviewing the CCTV footage I can see that you decided to leave after just 17 SECONDS or viewing the menu. I would like to know the real reason for your complaint so that it will not be repeated in the future.kind regards

Lovely little restaurant featuring some fun and quirky art, a pretty flower wall and some really tasty pizzas.Staff were pleasant and friendly, service was good. Iâm not one to be too picky but the only criticism I have is the limited menu, need to widen the choice of food options available and add some desserts and this place could be greater than it is.

An excellent choice for a birthday dinner (40 plus guests!) - delicious food, good service, undisturbed seating for such a large group, great live singer - and a space to dance - plus an attentive, hands-on owner (Vince). All in all, a very enjoyable, happy night out.Thank you, glad you enjoyed your evening. Look forward to seeing you soon..
