Had a lovely two course meal- fish then creme brûlée. The front is deceptive as thereâs a large sea view terrace at the back some covered and some outdoor . Lots of pizzas hand cooked to order , a variety of salads , fish and usual childrenâs menu - burger or ham and chips with ice cream to follow.
Nice place with fresh italian food and great pizzas.
Living in Paris and having tasted many boring pizzas, this one is the best by far. Fresh prime ingredients and very tasty. Don't let the decor of the place put you off as you will not regret it.

It was busy, but not full, with quite a multi-cultural crowd for the town of Cabourg. The staff were pleasant and courteous, with a fair grasp of English. The service was good and prompt. The food came quite quickly and was hot (very important to us). The pizzas were great, and I really enjoyed my 'moules et frites'.All in all a great meal and a pleasant evening. Nothing not to like.To be honest, we cheated a little. We looked up the best reviewed restaurant in town, and decided to eat there, so La Casa was always on a bit of a hiding to nothing.Sure, very good, but not great

We stopped at au48 for an evening meal with the kids. The kids and my wife had pizzas, i had moules marinieres. Allrhe pizzes were fantastic, with thin, crispy hand made bases and loads of toppings. The portion size of mussells was enormous, and they were very tasty, but there was not much sauce. Dont let that distract you from a great eatery.

We passed Casa Romeo which looked very attractive so we ended up stopping for a quick coffee. The service was super friendly and the food coming out of the kitchen looked fabulous! We decided to stay on and shared a charcuterie board. It was FABULOUS! Big thumbs up for Casa Romeo!

We went at Le Repère for dinner.Service was at all time very friendly and rather efficient. We ordered pizzas and they were simply as good looking as delicious!Desserts are not always a good pick... The fondant au chocolat is good, but the tiramisu is really disappointing: a plain sponge cake and no lady finger cookies drizzled with coffee, and the mascarpone (?) was too stiff, so probably not containing (much or at all) whipped egg white. We'll come back to the place for the grat pizzas and will avoid the tiramisu.

We were wandering around looking for a place to have dinner our first night in France. Stopped at several restaurants and looked at the menus, but then decided to go back to Pizzanocchio because it smelled so good when we walked by! We are glad we did! We spilt a individual size pizza and it was perfect for us! We had a vegetarian pizza, with olives and pepperoni added, and it was great! Lots of toppings, excellent crust, cooked perfectly. Prices were good, and we bought a bottle of wine and took half back to our hotel for later! Service was good and friendly. And it was fun to watch out waitperson dash from taking orders, to rolling out the pizza dough, to getting the orders out to both pick-up and eat in customers. All with a friendly word and a smile! I have a feeling we will be back, even though we are only in town for three days!!
