First we have to congratulate these from origin Afghan family, that had left their country as fugitives, and that have integrated themselves very well into our belgian society, while cooking like here in Flanders, and speaking correct Flemish. They'll certainly will wpeak other languages too. Five years agoo they took this restaurant near the Camping Doornpanne in Koksijde over from an older couple, and they have restyled it, as well inside as for outside sitting and eating. We saw the evening before it was full, so my wife and I came back on wednesday, had no reservation (you better should) and we ordered a nice steak seignant for my wife and for me a piece of hamleg with musterdsauce. We both got belgian handmade fries. We drink sparkling water, found it all well cooked, the sitting inside surely comftable, and paid only 39 â¬. (ask for your VTA-ticket; I forgot). So, well done, we'll come back after reservation. I will ask than for an original Afghan dish, to learn about. (There is no Afghan food on their card).

A leisurely eating experience , we tried the salumi platter for two which was way bigger than we expected with bruschetta on i assume home made bread which was very nice followed by linguini di mare for myself and a pizza for the wife , quite large portions which left us both absolutely stuffed .

With just the right selection of food and drink, combined with warm hospitality, this little restaurant quickly became my favorite place for lunch. I always look forward to eating here and have never been disappointed!

On a bike tour up the coast of Belgium, we arrived in Veurne starving for dinner. Luckily we found Five Slice. This pizza is the perfect fusion of Italian and American pizza. The crust is amazing. The ingredients are fresh. I am from New York, so I am picky when it comes to pizza, but this pizza found its way into my heart. It is some of the best I've had in my life! The service here is friendly and efficient too! We recommend this restaurant very much!hi, thx for the great review...we had it printed and now it is on our window! We also put it on our facebook page and got a lot of response because of it! thx again! :)

Arrived in Veune square and this pub had lots people outside in the sun so decided to join them for a drink. Once sat in the sun we watched lots of nice food being delivered so decided to try. We were not disappointed everything we had from beer to burger was cooked very well and very tasty. Decor inside is very tasteful. Would come again if in Veurne.
