My kids love this place, in fact, this is the ONLY Pizza my oldest son will eat. This is one of those family restaurants that quickly feels like home. Run by the owners, they quickly get to know their customers. The wait staff and delivery people are so good it's become our "go to" place. Outstanding pizza, although my personal favorite is the eggplant parm sandwich. Incredibly generous portions. It gets busy on weekends, but the food is well worth the wait.

Excellent pizza (Sicilian-like) and very good Italian food at a decent price. Unpretentious and family friendly at a fair price. Good old school neighborhood bar, too. Nothing crazy or boisterous. Just a good place to get a drink with friends. Gets crowded on the weekends and RPI game nights. If you are in Troy, it's worth checking out.
little pecks is an all-day café, from the culinary team behind Peck's Arcade, serving coffee, breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks to stay or to take away. little pecks is the newest member of Clark House Hospitality. Clark House Hospitality is a collectio
If you've experienced Lucas Confectionary or Peck's Arcade, you know this organization does things in a unique and thoughtful way. Little Peck's is no different with high quality food and beverage, served up creatively with hints of nostalgia from a time before I was born. Homemade pie is made all day, while snacks could be homemade bread and jam or a meatball. It's all served on thrift store china, set on bright yellow trays, evoking a cafeteria from another era, served by hipsters. Sound interesting? It is.

Bacchus is a strong basic restaurant with excellent wood fired pizza(specialty/build your own) and pasta with same take. 4 sauces to start with a lengthy list of add-ons (sausage, shrimp, meatballs, etc). They also boast a nice craft beer list as well as a good choice of wines.

Family owned since 1994. Specializing in Italian Dishes also serving Steak, Pizza and Homemade Desserts
I've been here with a group a number of times. Obviously, that's not a good measure of the quality of a restaurant.Recently, wife and I entertained some of her relatives here for dinner. I cam away with the impression that this was a mediocre restaurant at best.Service was reasonably good. No basis for complaint there.I ordered a pasta dish and specifically requested marinara sauce. What I was served was meat sauce. The pasta had not been exposed to any salt as it was cooking, and the sauce was bland. Come on - how basic is marinara sauce? Every respectable Italian restaurant makes it, and its usually pretty good. But substituting meat sauce for bland, tasteless marinara sauce? The others in our party were either satisfied, or too polite to mention their complaints.

You're better off with the pasta dishes. My filet was overcooked. However, the pasta-centered chicken dishes my daughter and her mother had were quite good, by their judgement. However, the shrimp cocktail I had was one of the best I've had in NY. Service was good until the end of the evening when it got slow. The atmosphere is nice. Reminded me of the long-ago Mama Leone's in New York City.Parking is on-street and can be dicey to find something nearby as this is in downtown Troy. And, you will see police cars marked "Troy Housing Authority" as you drive to/from. Does not currently (5/27/19) have a website despite what Google says.Maybe we caught them on an off night?

Their pizza is some of the best we have ever had! The dough is delicious! Love their sausage and mushroom pizza. If you like homemade fettuccine and/or linguine I highly recommend ordering one of their pasta dishes. The Fettuccine Napoleon is extraordinary: artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, tender pieces of chicken in red gravy (sauce). I enjoyed it so much, I ate it slowly to savor every bite!

We have been going to Testo's for over 30 years. This is a family-owned hometown restaurant with delicious Italian food and amazing pizza! Everything here is outstanding. The service is always great and staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. Best Italian restaurant around.
