Tasty meat from the outdoor grill, even tried Snails! For those who don't want to try this speciality there are plenty of.other dishes to choose from. Friendly staff and good value for money.

This restaurant is loved by locals. It offers regional favorites, but also fresh seafood on Fridays/weekends - not easy to find in Umbria! Service is friendly, food is delicious, and the place is generally full of locals - for good reason! If you are looking for a great lunch environment, well-prepared and tasty food, good service, and excellent wine, visit La Locanda. You'll easily find it by all the cars out front! Highly recommended.

Il Terziere must have a secret source for their beef because it is consistently of high quality. The sliced beef on a bed of radicchio was mouth watering. Their salads are huge and deliciousenough to make a meal in itself. Couple this with wonderful, inexpensive wine and you have a real winner.

Umbrian cuisine revisited. Local meats grilled specialties cooked to view in the large fireplace in the main room. Since the spring you can eat outside in the ancient court ... And the Tavern in the summer is always fresh course. Follow us on Facebook ..
We chose this place randomly when we visited the Sedano Nero festival. Turned out to be a good choice. They had several celery specialties whitch we tried. The celery soup, Parmesan celery tart, celery stuffed with sausage, all fun and good, why not during the fest?

Our last night in Trevi, we found this tiny restaurant and had the best service and food of our 5 day stay. Tagliettelli with broad beans, pancetta, mushrooms, cheese, then grilled pork with garlic bruschetta, lasagnetta (potatoes, fresh garlic, many cheeses) and a dolce - like a strudel, maybe cherries, raisins, nuts Host had less than 10 words English - not a problem - great value too

Our love of this land honored through tradition. Situated in the quaint village of Bovara, nestled among the hills and olive trees, you will find "Locande Castellina" Located just three minutes from Via Flaminia Km. 140, and 2 km from Trevi, Locande Caste
A typically Italian authentic meal with excellent personable service and great views .We visit Italy regularly and must say this restaurant is very reasonably priced with locally sourced ingredients and a changing menu. There were 4 of us and we had a great welcome from the owner and his partner .Plenty of patience and enthusiasm to share their menu and philosophy.Hopefully we will return to Trevi next year and re visit Locanda Castellini.Dear friend, we are glad to had you and your friends for dinner and we are happy that you like the food, the wine and the companion. We are looking forward to see you again. Take care and see you next time! Max

The owner Patricia could not have been more genuine and beautiful. She walked us through the specials (her husband and co owner is the chef by the way) and even whipped up a special meal for me because I was that oh so picky eater that day!!! We sat outside and enjoyed the view and peacefulness but the inside was as charming as could be and was packed as well. It was black celery season, outstanding and everything we ate was excellent. Do not miss this place if you are in Trevi, outstanding food, wine, service and atmosphere.

La Cucina lies in the heart of the San Pietro a Pettine Estate, with its fertile truffle grounds, its wonderful Romanic church and its breathtaking view on the Spoletina valley. Based on our excellent fresh truffles, wisely combined with the best ingredie
This was our second visit to San Pietro a Pettine with our daughter and son-in-law and we will most definitely be returning every time we are back in Umbria. Each course astounds you with its exquisite taste and presentation and the portions are just the right size so that you can enjoy the last bite of each and every one of them. The wine list is extensive and the service is quite exceptional. I honestly do not believe I have eaten better anywhere else. Carlo has a gem of a restaurant that deserves all the praise it receives.I wanted to thank you for your second visit in our restaurant. I would like to tell you that are reviews like yours that repay us for the efforts that our job involves. This is the best way to reward us! Thank you very much!

My wife discovered this gem on a chef's travel blog. We had to work into our itinerary based on his glowing review. An authentic local feast of 24 courses for 26 Euros, including wine, tax and gratuity?! It was a marvellous culinary exploration provided by warm, knowlegable proprietors. You gotta try it.Sono contento che abbiate riportato in Canada una "Fabulous Experience" della nostra cucina umbra.GrazieBastianelli Mauro

From Marcello and Rita's welcome to the delicious plates of food, everything about The Osteria 2 chiacchiere excites your senses and shows Spoleto at its finest. The atmosphere is charged with friendly laughter and everyone is made to feel like an old friend. The two hosts are skilled at making the whole restaurant feel part of a large family and don't be surprised if you find yourselves chatting with people on the next table. It's that kind of place. It's lovely. There is an abundance of choice on the menu - the antipasti taglieri had a selection of meats and cheeses which were some of the best I've tasted here in Umbria. The primi are culinarily exciting and the 2chiacchiere do their own take on some of the traditional dishes that are fabulous. It's clear the staff are proud of what they offer, as each course is described with such passion that it's almost impossible to resist asking your companions to try the things you didn't order and they did.Your glass is not permitted to remain empty for long either. My family and I had such a magical evening and even made a couple of new friends off the next table. 2chiacchiere in Italian means having a nice chat, and as such, this venue leaves you with the same sense of satisfaction. I reccomend 2chiacciere without hesitation. We had lunch there earlier in the week and dinner tonight. 5stars plus an additional supernova!
