I will be very honest. Everyone I know LOVES this restaurant! Some for the SangrÃa preparada, others for their pizza or pasta frita. The place is very cozy and you can have a romantic dinner or a fun one with friends. I do like the food and the service. But maybe I am a bit too picky when it comes to Italian food. My friend say is the best in town but I have my doubts. I seem to be the only one.

Neapolitan brick oven pizza. More than 40 different pizzas from the classic margherita to the original "spicy shrimp", fresh salads, authentic pastas, grilled fish and meat, delicious sandwiches, full bar and extensive wine list. Great place to hang out.
They offer a wide variety of oven cooked pizzas. The salad We always have is the Griega (Greek) it is hilarious. Also, the pastas are creamy, tasty and always hot and perfectly cooked. For drink I recommend the Sangria, it is cold with deep citrus flavor and a balanced amount of red wine.

Had a hard time getting a wheelchair in to the restaurant. Thereâs a problem with building ramps for the Handicapped....but isnât this common throughout the whole Tijuana scenario? When they do build a ârampâ itâs so fukâ steep, narrow and dangerous. Itâs just scary. Get it in your stupid head tj people. If you donât know how to build something safe for the disabled, cross the stupid border and get an idea on how to do it right! .., and not empty a wheel barrel full of cement and call it done. Located in the Macroplaza shopping center, in the east side of Tijuana. Offering cakes and specialty coffee. Also a full service restaurant with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Come and enjoy with your friends and family.
And was hoping for a crowdless visit but to my surprise the restaurant was packed! Had to wait approximately 15 minutes for a table for two and whoa did we get exactly that- a small table for 2 people. I had my toddler with me and he too shared a small space at the very small table. For this reason I could give this review a small score because it was quite uncomfortable trying to eat with three plates, 3 cups, a bread basket, tortilla basket and napkin holder on a very small table );But once we had our breakfast served it was quite delicious! I had the Camarones a la diabla omelette and mom had the salmon omelette while the little one had ham and eggs. The prices are just right about 5-8 dlls a plate plus another 3-4 dlls for juice. As I mentioned before the place was packed therefore it was quite loudddd! It was hard to carry a decent conversation but manageable. The downside to Cafe La Flor is No WiFI! Which was a downside because I could not use my tablet to entertain a toddler with some cartoons so we had to limit our stay to eat and leave. Hi ChickieCh, we appreciate your preference for Café de la Flor and we look forward to serving you in the near future.
This is the original Café de la Flor, located in "La Recta" Chapultepec. Here we offer a wide variety of cakes and specialty coffee. Also a full service restaurant with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. This location also has a beautiful outdoor terr
Went there for breakfast, which I was told by people that it was great. It was not even close. It was an expensive breakfast that I did not like. I had the green chilaquiles and they were missing flavor; it was a plate with damped tortillas in a green flavorless sauce. The coffee was also not the greatest. Would not go back there. The only thing that is great is the pies (deserts)Hi Arturo,We regret that your visit has been different to your expectations, at Café de la Flor, we work to offer our guests an excellent service. We hope to have your confidence again, all your comments help us improve our quality, we will be attentive to avoid it happening again.Sincerely,Café de la Flor

Sadly, fewer Americans are crossing over from San Ysidro/San Diego to Tijuana these days for many reasons. But....if you're doing so, consider eating at Giuseppis right of Calle Revoluccion. The menu is varied, indoor/outdoor seating available, immaculate throughout, and the food is affordable and good. Provencha!!

Went to the Sunday buffet that starts at 1pm. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and it even included live piano music. The food was excellent including many beef and pork dishes along with various pastas. They had a large selection of fresh vegetables, salads, and healthy items too.It was also nice that the desert items were very small portions so you could still enjoy a treat even if you were very full. So for a special occasion, or a quiet Sunday meal, head to Saverios, you will not be disappointed.

We stayed in San Diego for a while and decided one weekday to take the trolly to the US/MX border at Tijuana just to wander around. A friend had recommended Caesar's for, of course, the Caesar Salad. It was wonderful! Highly recommend this historic restaurant in an historic hotel.
