Authentik Italian Restaurant , Manago Family since 1983 Wood oven pizza , pasta , veal & chiken , beautiful bar , nice Wine list
Decided we were in the mood for wood burning pizza so went here for the first time.this place is quite busy on saturday nights but after waiting about 10 minutes and with a called in reservation we were seated. The noise level was very high and being seated right aside the live duo made the meal unbearably noisy. I love live music and had we been seated across the room it might have been fine but sitting next to the duo was simply too loud. While the pizza was good the loud music ruined my evening. You simply could not carry on a conversation.I had the spicy shrimp topped pizza and my husband had the linguini vongole. Both were good but not good enough for me to return on a night with live music. Both meals came with a small fresh salad and a dessert of queen elizabeth cake( very very sweet) While I might come back I do prefer the pizza at Bottega on St.Martin Blvd.

On Wednesday the 3rd of October,we were invited to join my friends birthday, the host(part-owner,I think)showed us to our table.we arrived early before the birthday boy and his wife,so we had a glass of bubbly(prosseco) while waiting for them, after arriving they also joined us with some bubbly,so my friends wife being a Chef herself knew the owners,so she arranged a tasting of their specialties, from hors-d'oeuvres to desserts, oysters to start, grilled octopus, pizza(wood oven) so far everything is great, tasty, and hot.main meal we sampled the veal Scalopini and the beef bavette with assorted veggies, wow everything was supered, for desserts we canelonies and queu de castor and again they were great,we had a great time, the Chef came out to see us he was glad that we enjoyed our evening, even though it's a bit far for us to drive there,we'll definitely be returning, and some friends to discover this great restaurant. Thank you Madiva.

Good restaurant, served 35 guest reasonably quick , others dishes were good but mine was spaghetti with shrimp , over cooked shrimps and cream sauce was watery , that said all others did like their meal . Entrées were very good but at 10$ per ... I also found main menue table hôte with no choices under 30$ ( did not include desert ) our party brought their own but they charged every person 5$ to slice it ..... ( we were 35 ) It is bring your own wine .... that's good .... As for the ambiance it's a nice place , not cozy , but wood style there is a medium sized terrace ... clean washrooms ... Would I return yes , but with knowledge I'd spend 50+ for 1 person before tip .....

The pleasant, vine-covered pergola-style patio set just the right tone for another family anniversary celebration; nice atmosphere, intimate setting and good Italian cuisine. With the kitchen located in the middle of the property, this more recently renovated, contemporary Bistro-part of the restaurant faces Rue Saint Pierre, while a more formal and elegant dining room sits on the corner of Rue Saint André, but both offering the same menu. The wide selection of Italian dishes included frog legs à la provençale, a rarity these days. The legs were a little overdone but the garlic butter was out of this world. The veal was tender and the portions in general were generous, both entrees and main courses. In short, everybody was pleased with their choice and the quality price ratio was very good. A tip of the hat to our easy-going server for his attentive service and for letting us linger for a while to enjoy the camaraderie and the splendid summer evening.

Had a great dinner with my husband at this lovely place. We were not one of the regulars but were treated like ones. The fried calimari was the best we have ever had. very light batter and very flavourful. The veal marsala was delicicous.

Restaurant Le vieux Terrebonne has it for you. It is far from a high class place but the food is good and the price too. More so it is situated near the river and the park. So if you feel like having a pizza or a spag while passing by stop there either alone, with your love one or the familly. Enjoy the food and the walk !

Whenever we visit family in Terrebonne, we always go to the Vieux (Old) Terrebonne for dinner. It was our first time visiting Chez Fabien which is located right next to their local theatre/playhouse, so the place was packed for a Thursday night. We were not able to sit outside on the terrace which was fine, since the inside was nicely decorated. A very popular dish in Quebec these days is called the Bavrette which is a flank steak that has to be marinated and cooked to perfection, otherwise it is like eating rubber. Both my wife and I tried it since the server stated it was their speciality. This restaurant cooked it just right with just the right amount of charcol taste and flavour. The server was excellent. Very experienced waiter, knew what to recommend as far as wines, meals to try, etc. He realized that the four of us wanted to catch up so he didn't interupt our conversation which we appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we will be returning on our next trip to Montreal.
