Reviews on Italian food in Tangier, Tangier-Tetouan Region, Morocco. Located on the Strait of Gibraltar where Africa meets Europe, Tangier has long held strategic importance. Ruled through the centuries by waves of conquerors including Romans, Vandals, Byzantines, Arabs and Portuguese, the city is more than two and a half millennia old, making it one of North Africa's most ancient. The medina, kasbah, bazaars and souks are among the country's most vibrant, and the beaches are excellent. In the last century, Tangier became a hot spot for the international jet set.

Enjoy delicious Italian food and hand made pizza's from daily fresh local produce and sea food in a typical Italian atmosphere. Also check out their cultural program, they organize diverse events every month.
In our restaurant, we have a big range for tourists that would like to try moroccan food. For our locals, we have dishes to change the routines. Harira and couscous(Fridays) also available. Most important, we like to serve what we would like to eat. Don't
We were struggled to find authentic food at a good price, and hence why I am writing this review to help others. Staff couldn't be nicer, as well as entertaining! My friend dropped his dinner on his legs and the restaurant were very accommodating to say the least. Highly recommend the peasant soup dish Bissara.

Greetings to all the waiters in that place. Kudos for the wonderful job and service. Smiley and welcoming. However, apart from the bread and butter the food really sucks! No fresh fish although the sea is just across the street. So disappointing.

Modern, trendy place, attracting many people who want to be seen there ( locals not tourists). Their cakes and pastries are wonderful. However service is very slow and very unwelcoming. Staff serve tables and no more ! We really did detect a take it or leave it attitude and not sire if this was just directed at tourists? It felt that way. It doesnt matter how good and attractive your cakes and premises are when you have staff like this !!! A definite training need !

Visit our restaurant Al Madina Beautiful oriental Moroccan restaurant in the centre of the medina of Tangier. We serve traditional Moroccan food, like delicious pastilla and couscous and a variety of Mediterranean moroccan made fish, but also kebab with f
Came as a huge family and loved it. Very friendly staff; we left the decision on what to eat to them and loved it! (Though, of course, it was way too much food). Wonderful. Loved the maroccan chicken pie; great tajhein (spelling?) Classic tea after the dinner. And they take credit cards!Note that it is small (no more than 20?) But recommended.

In restaurant Murmure we thought about you, an evening with your family, with friends, a special events or a romantic dinner. our restaurant will amaze you.
We had a reservation for 4, the very helpful waiter welcomed us and directed us to our table. First thing u notice is the beautiful Italian carrelage on the floor, the lovely design of the small restaurant. It happened to be Moroccan food for menu du jour. We had a set of Moroccan revisited entry, very tasty for the eye and tongue. For the main dish we had the famous tajine of meat and plum, very tasty and costs 120 dirhams Almost 12$. For dessert we took a very tasty cheese cake and a fondant au Chocolat.Very pleasant experience, nicely surprised and I highly recommend. And ll visit again.

The seafood is awful and nothing fresh. The sauce is smelly and its only use is to cover the more smelly seafood. An awful experience. Never come here or you must regret for your silly decision!DearWith all my respect, i was very surprised and it hurt me a lot to receive this complaint in Chinese!! something very strange for our staff so from a community and one of the favorites clients than we respect and appreciate too much, for their exemplary education model, their behavior and remarkable kindness. Indeed I apologize about what happened & inconvenience.by the other hand I beg to differ the service manager revealed to me that the restaurant by this moment was completely full & reserved, with 2 groups inside of almost 60 people and they advised you that the service unfortunately will be slow taking more than an hour. despite this warning you have insisted to sit on the outside terrace.for the rest of comments be sure that we have a high self-confidence, the pictures and different reviews received from customers are the best proof of our daily efforts and sacrifice to excel in our activity

Family restaurant, Italian and Mediterranean, homemade. The restaurant where the customer becomes a friend.
We had a nice meal here on our first night in Morocco. Restaurant did not open until fairly late for our dining tastes and we arrived when it first opened (8 pm). Our waitress tried to explain the menu to us and when it was apparent that we were having problems understanding her the apparent owner (?Anna) took over. Made some good recommendations and we were pleased when our food arrived. Nice ambience and food. Recommend if you are opting for something other than Moroccan food in Tangier.
