What an amazing experience! Arrived for dinner at 6pm tonight, and as soon as we had arrived a black out hit Gymea, lasting until 8.00pm. The amazing staff were all so friendly, bought us drinks straight away and set to work out everything they could still cook via candle light. I had been recommended the chilli crab linguine and fresh focaccia and could not believe how impressive both were. Even more so given the circumstances. Can not fault the staff from beginning to end, it was amazing service and great attitudes. Very impressive to find this caliber of hospitality within the Sutherland Shire

Bianco is best described as a first class venue embracing a casually formal atmosphere with uninterrupted water views of Botany Bay. Bianco offers a number of dining options You can entertain, party or conference privately, enjoy banquet dining, or kick b
Booked for a classy but informal finish to a 4 city business week, with colleagues from overseas. Restaurant was very quite on a Thursday night but the service was personalized and engaging. All dietary options in our group of 5 were well covered and offers to tailor meal were no problem. Portion sizes and presentation were great and everyone let well satisfied.
The "Value Range" pizzas are only $5 but have plenty of topping & you really couldn't beat them for the price. I always get the thin & crispy crust & always pick up my own order to endure that there are no delivery delays & my pizzas are always hot & tasty. My favourites are Pepperoni, Ham & Cheese (pineapple is $2 extra) & BBQ Pork & Onion.

Service happy and friendly. Nothing overlooked with the orders. Food very good and meals came out promptly. No rush to get dessert orders etc, we were left to enjoy ourselves (a group of ladies). Just a nice friendly feel for a lunch. Cant wait to go back for dinner.
Where to eat Mediterranean food in Sylvania: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Have dined her on several other occasions and the meals weren't bad but I'm afraid this time it was only Average. They have dropped the 'Swiss' from their name and that's not all ! The servings of the pasta dishes were noticeably smaller and the Pizza I ordered (Milano) was as bland as cardboard ! We were the first group in till two other couples walked in but the 'Server' was more interested at first in his I-phone then serving , asking after drinks etc, then once a friend entered we were history. The place was more centered on their home delivery then on the in-house custom. All in all for the price a pretty lame experience and we'll look elsewhere in future.

Italian restaurants are susceptible to stereotypical dishes such as spaghetti bolognese, chicken cacciatore, saltimbocca, etc. Not so here. they do have a 'pasta of the day' but the other offerings are quite intriguing. The stuffed zucchini flowers were exquisite, the lasagne (offered on Thursdays) was a nice surprise: a very generous serving and it really sticks to your ribs. It may be too rich for some tastes but it is pretty much the way I like it. The ravioli were very tasty and cooked in quite a delicate sauce. The tiramisu was refreshingly different, not too rich and the savoiardi weren't as soft as you usually get and there wasn't much liquor but a nice clean flavour and texture. The pannacotta was really good. We were served by the delightful Abby who attended quickly and efficiently to us. If I have a minor gripe it's that nearly every Italian restaurant I've been to insists on serving the Peroni 'Nastro Azzurro', I look forward to the day when I see a restaurant with the Peroni Rosso - on tap!
