カジュアルなイタリアンです。お値段設定も良心的で味も良い。言うこと無しです。4人位で色々頼んでシェアするのがおすすめです。また行きたいと思います。
ステーションという雑誌の2017年4月で淡路島特集で掲載されていました。黒岩水仙郷の水仙を見に行ったついでに洲本でランチで立ち寄りました。ピザとパスタの両方で1500円のコースがあります。どちらも前菜、パン(パスタのみ)、デザート、ドリンクが付きます。この日はパスタはオイル、トマト、リゾットからの選択。ピザは結構豊富なメニューから選べます。野菜はオーナーが有機栽培で育てたものです。テーブル席が4つとカウンター席があります。ヘルシーで美味しかったです。

インターネットで「イタリアン&クレジットカード可」で検索、ヒットしたお店。ミシュランガイドに掲載、地元食材が並ぶメニューに期待値が上がりました。ホームページでは、ウニのパスタは予約必須‼️其れもその筈、由良川の赤雲丹は希少価値が高く、予約をしても、叶わぬ事も有るそうです。ペペロンチーノにトッピング、今日の価格は一皿5,800円。コース料理のパスタに組み込む事や、二人でシェアする事もOK黒アワビのソテー、淡路牛のステーキ、ソースも素晴らしく、焼き具合も絶妙‼️クレジットカード利用は、ハンドリングチャージが別途必要です。原価が高そうな料理ばかりで当然ですねメニューには一部「時価」の表示も有ります。予約必須のお店。もう一度訪れたいお店に出逢えました
We stopped here for lunch before checking into our hotel a few doors away, the Yumekaiyu.Besides Japanese seafood, Kaiseki, ph 9.5 Onsens, we also make a point of chasing down good Italian restaurants in Japan. I must say this is the best we’ve tried so far.It was a Monday and the restaurant front room facing the park was full. The owner met us and graciously explained that the restaurant only accepts cash payment. We were then led to a well decorated room behind with a view of the kitchen staff working.We chose the menu that has a base charge; includes starters and choice of 2 mains to be shared with price adders depending of the item. We also added a pasta 3rd course. The starters were a collection of local vegetables with different Japanese dressings. Vegetables were very fresh and the dressings tasty.The grilled octopus was perfect, tasty n not chewy/tough. The grilled beef is local before it goes across the bridge and gets branded as Kobe beef! It’s not streaky wagyu. It was perfectly grilled, good texture n tasty.The pasta was sardines with cabbage. Al dente n tasty. Generous portion. The 2 deserts/coffee was an extra comprising of a sherbet with strawberry, ginger, basaltic, lemon grass sauce and another desert of white chocolate meringue strawberry, which the owner chef insisted had to be eaten in sequence followed by black coffee to experience the taste explosion.Chef trained/worked in Bologna. Very friendly and chatty. Will definitely come again.
