Our restaurant "Caffe GRANTE" offers daily menu on weekdays, a la carte courses from the international and Hungarian cuisine, and wide variety of pizza in the afternoon and weekend. The mediterranean colours of the walls and the friendly staff provide a w
We stopped there with my wife on the way to Esztergom. Nice place, quiet considering the it close to a main road and overlooking the train cross. The restaurant is spacious and looks like children friendly having a small area for them to play. In the summer in the back there is a brick terracce quiet and comfortable. Good quality of the food and excellent syrup for a fair price. We were happy to stop there
Mi is Ãgy tettünk. Most voltunk itt másodszor és most pizzáztunk. Vastag tésztás változatot csinálnak, de én éppen ezt szeretem. Nagyon finom volt, épp amilyenre vágytam. Annyira, hogy pizzát legközelebb is itt eszem.
I would never come back. I did not use trip advisor on this choice and it was a mistake. The other reviews are bad and in Hungarian. Bad sign. Bad food, poor service.

One of a small local chain of restaurants, this pristine, pleasant Italian restaurant serves in addition to the ubiquitous pizza a range of absolutely splendid, filling, pasta-free meals. I went for the spicy saslik and chunky chips with a fresh lecsó sauce. Superb!Esztergom is a weird place, even in the centre, which looks terribly dilapidated and crumbling (except for the basilica of course). Kossuth Street is one of the main streets out of town and you wouldn't go deliberately looking for a restaurant as nice as this one in it. Especially pleasant was the low-key nativity in the window.

Italian style pizza
Was recommended this restaurant by our hotel and so pleased we came. We had a goats cheese salad, Parma ham and mozzarella salad, rosemary chicken with mushroom risotto and spaghetti carbonara. All were delicious and with a beautiful location sitting out overlooking the Danube and bridge. Also very reasonably priced and with a children's play area.

A nice Italian-Hungarian bistro - the food is decent, but nothing wow-worthy. I had the feeling that they tend to put a bit more emphasis on the quantity here, and though the quality is not bad, either, it's nothing special. The service and the location are very pleasant, so altogether this is a safe choice to try some Italo-Hungarian food.
