Delicious local delicacies and international influences abound at Essenza. Including fresh salads, sandwiches and fish. Cocktails are available at the Essenza bar.
If you arrive before sunset request to sit at a table in the bar or on the patio to enjoy the view. The food is incredible! We ate dinner 3 times here during our 11 day stay. Service is a little slow, but its worth it for the view and food.

When the name of the place includes the word âpizzaâ, you expect the pies to be exceptional. They weren't. Although I'd go 3 1/2 stars if that was possible. The pizza was only a bit better than OK. Nothing wrong with it, just not a really good pizza like you might expect at a place devoted to pizza. We had a half veggie and half meat pizza. We had he Greek salad as well and it was good. The service and price were also fine.

Decent Italian food. A pizza and calzone, good tasting but dough was a little overdone. The most appealing was the site environment and the lower was the service (a not optional 18% tip impossed in the final bill for a party of three) with a just rigth but not kind and never smiling waitress (rude). She never asked about the about the food or costumer satisfaction. Their attitude was eat and leave when you are done.

We get to the Pie Whole at least once on every trip to St Thomas. They consistently provide great food and service. The beer selection is probably the best in the VI and far better than most back home. The is a small but delightful place. Asia is a great host, even when (not) working with one arm in a sling. Hint: Donât be afraid to eat at the bar. the conversation is always great fun and youâll meet some great people. Favorites: artichoke dip, ANY of the pizzas because of the wonderful crust.

Had dinner here recently when on vacation in St Thomas. It is located in a little row of restaurants across from the cruise harbor. This is a counter service restaurant. We dined in, but you still order and pay at the counter. The pizza was good size and they didn't skimp on the toppings. This is thick crust pizza. I liked it, but didn't love it. The sauce was just ok. The price seemed high, but you're in a resort area and island where everything is imported. Overall this place was ok and we had plenty leftover to heat up for lunch the next day. I doubt this will be on my list of must places to go if I visit STT again, but it was decent enough for what we wanted on the night we visited.

Visiting St Thomas work friends, this restaurant was recommended to us by locals. I had snapper, it was very tasty. The calamari appetizer was delicious!!!! Donât skip on dessert because the warm brownie was so much better than homemade!!! Service was outstanding and everything seemed super clean.

This place is gem in St. Thomas. If you visit St. Thomas and love Italian food this is a must stop on your visit. Great food, service and atmosphere. We had the fettuccine carbonara and petto di pollo limone as our main dishes. The appetizer and dessert start and finished off a perfect evening at Virgilioâs. Two thumbs up!!

PiZZA Pi is a food boat located in Christmas Cove - just off the east end of St Thomas, USVI. We serve classic New York style pizza from our boat.
Moored in Christmas Cove in St Thomas about 4 boats from the Pizza Pi boat. Ordered the margarita pizza with jalapeño poppers and their VI gin with pink basil infused cocktail served by the pitcher. Everything was delicious! Highly recommended for anyone one a boat or passing through. Oh, we used our eco-friendly @surfsidesips glass straws! Pizza Pi Vi is the boat off the distance with the yellow flag. Thank you for the kind words. Hope you can visit us again soon.
