A real gem. Small bistro at the quiet part of town serving creative dishes based on italian & spanish cooking. Nice winelist with even a large section of Georgian wines and natural wines.

I went to this restaurant with my family, 6 people in total. We initially ordered 2 "antipasti" (seafood entry dishes) "hot and cold". This means that you have some cold fish salad entries for the cold entry. For the hot entry you have seafood cooked with tomato sauce and other ingredients plus shells and mussels cooked in the pot.The entries were amazing. After we ordered "paccheri" and "tagliatelle". The paccheri are served with a sauce based on seafood and egg. Tagliatelle are instead with shells ans mussels. Both the pastas were extremely good. I probably ate something like 400 gr of pasta alone, it's a huge quantity but I really could not stop. We could not continue our meal after because after the pasta everybody was totally, completely full.We ordered the dessert, I took "tentazione al cioccolato", this dessert is served in a cup where you have several layers of different kind of creams based on chocolate, I can suggest it. We also took an pistachio ice cream, also quite good.I can't suggest the mascarpone with coffee, my brother took it and it was the only thing he didn't like. The service was good and fast. This is a place where a person should go if he visit Senigallia, it's important to have a reservation though.

We have been spending such a great time for dinner. Every little detail was taken care of and you could feel the passion that is put into the food and choice of ingredients. I was here with my husband and we have truly enjoyed every single plate. We took and shared between us as starters small duck hamburgers with an orange flair and a beef tartar with handmade egg-sauce: delicious. We continued with super tasty guinea fowl, superbly smoked and garnished, and a juicy picanha steak. The top anyhow arrived at the end with the desserts. We had two different ones... too good to share them!!! A coffee flavoured Semifreddo with Varnelli (typical anisette from Marche) on a chocolate crumble base and a creamy ice-cold mousse with Limoncello covered by a candied strawberry coulis. Service was perfect and the atmosphere warm and cosy: we really had a pleasant evening. Well-done to all the kitchen crew of D'Istinto!

This is my second visit. I last visited at the same time last year. Some things have improved while others have deteriorated. The food remains excellent. I again had the calamari on a kind of mashed potato which was delicious and very generous. For my main, I had the red snapper in squid ink. It looked like a work of art on the plate with lots of different colours and flavours. The millefoglie for dessert, which wasn't really a millefoglie, was a similar work of art. I was really pleased with all the food. The menu has improved since last year in the sense that they've stopped giving dishes flowery names and actually said what's in them so you can make an informed choice. The menu is available in English and Italian. The decor still doesn't exactly match the level of the food but they've done away with the tacky table decorations. On the negative side, they'd run out of the wine we wanted and admitted to not having a few others. The white wine we switched to was also served at room temperature so we had to have a bucket of ice to chill it. Also, the plates came out at different times which isn't great. There was a particular delay with my main where my dad was already half-way through his by the time mine arrived. The waiters were very nice and friendly but not as attentive as last year. It's definitely a place to try for the food alone which is really very good but there're some things that still let it down.

The velvety beach of Senigallia, the intense blue of the sea and the green hills of the Marches embrance and protect this fine culinary workshop whose leading player in the kitchen is the daring, theatrical genius of Moreno Cedroni. La Madonnina del Pesca
Everything is so beautiful and carefully done. It is also very creative and very interesting. And none of this sacrifices taste. One of the most memorable things was the dessert! When you want a pristine fine dining experience that really shows food as an art and illustrates what the appeal of spending so much money on food is, you go to Madonnina del Pescatore.

Beautiful location, amazing relaxing view especially if you seat on the beach side -not so great on the opposite side-, relaxing atmosphere, you'll feel like home. And very kind waitresses, never too intrusive. Amazing wine list. Regarding food... I found some dishes quite interesting especially meat dishes, some were just OK, and others were just not impressive enough so to say for a 3 stars -or for me-.I feel like all these high rated Michelin guys put the accent exclusively on the appearance of the plate. But when you remove the make up, what's left is quite banal.I got explained how every dish was formed, if nitrogen was used or not, if it was this or that ingredient -you don't always recognize everything without explanation... -, but NOBODY TOLD ME WHERE THESE SAME INGREDIENTS WERE FROM!!! I don't care about 5 or 6 different types of breads -slighlty overcooked in my view -, I rather care about having one type but the best type, made from the best Italian organic grown and home ground wheat you can ever find!I don't care about some sea urchins hidden under some strange foam, with no particular flavor nor origin. I'd rather care about eating the best raw sea urchin you can find in Italy -even though I know this is not the best season for sea urchins -, maybe the only ones hidden in some particular sea weed area in the sea or growing on some particular rock, or grown in a particularly cold water... I don't know!! But I would give stars to people who care and do something about the origin of their ingredients, not about the look of their dishes. I'm a back-to-the-origins guy, sorry! At the end of the game, it's not ultra elaborated, opposite to other restaurants of the same level, but... The mindset -of the Guide itself at first - is just WRONG. Gualtiero Marchesi himself, the true Master of today's "Masterchefs " stars, became famous with truly basic dishes. Think at the famous Risotto oro e zafferano. It was just rice and saffron -ok and a leaf of gold -, but it was the best on earth you could get. Learning from the past always brings something.

Aperitivi, Apericene pranzi e cene tutto a base di pesce fresco cucinato al momento accompagnato da bollicine o cocktail
As it was a warm October evening we sat outside and enjoyed the activity of the town going on around us. The waitress was very helpful with my husband needing gluten free. The food was delicious, I had spaghetti with prawns in a lemon and cream sauce, my husband had the sea bass. The wine was really good as well.

Local pizza restaurant located on a villa of 1904 with a large courtyard with garden and disposed of various rooms for a total of about 300 people between external and internal.
I went in this place because attracted by positive reviews; waitress is really kind and friendly, food maybe a bit over rated. 2 guests, we got the mix antipasti (cold and hot): the cold plate was nothing special, maybe too much vinegar marinated, while the hot one was really good. Shells prepared in a proper way. Main courses (grill & deep fried) were good. Overall I feel like suggesting it, at least to give a try to the different pastas they propose.
