As the name itself states! Very good food, tasty, well presented and excellent service. Portions are generous enough somewhat on the mid-high price level but worth it for a special occasion. Locale is small, the ambiance is nice and cosy. We are Italians and we tried different pizzas everywhere. When we travelled to Alicante we were curious to try this place and we had also the luck to have our house just around the corner from this pizzeria.We tried the "Salsiccia e friarielli", the " Margherita", the "Parmigiana" and the "Pizza fritta".In all cases the level was top, for this type of pizza(Neapolitan style) but also in general, this is one of the best pizzeria we ever tried (in Italy and outside Italy).If we will come back to Alicante for sure we will return here several times again :).Un abbraccio e continuate così, bravi ragazzi.

This restaurant was one of our favourites when we wintered here two years ago and we were pleased and relieved to love it just as much under new ownership. The menu is pretty much as we remember it, the prices are reasonable, and the owner and server were welcoming. And yes, the food is still delicious. We were three adults and a child and every meal was excellent. We will look forward to returning in April when we spend another month in Alicante, after further travel in March.

On holiday in Alicante, staying in Sant Vicent del Raspeig, and managed to get out for a meal without the kids. From the reviews on Trip Advisor we picked Bruno's. It's listed as a Mediterranean restaurant, and we were expecting a range of food including tapas, but when we looked at the menu we discovered it's primarily Italian food. For a moment we considered leaving to go to a more Spanish restaurant, but the waiter was so nice we stayed, and it turned out to be a great decision. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous. The waiter was so friendly and though we couldn't speak a word of Spanish and he had very limited English, his good natured attention made up for all of that. At the end of the meal we were offered complimentary limoncello which the waiter refilled after we'd drunk our first glasses. When the bill arrived we couldn't believe the value for money. All round a great meal out.

My partner and I were met with a young man who seemed disinterested and not too enthusiastic about serving us. We ordered the caprese pizza and spinach tortellini with two cocktails. The cocktails arrived with the food which took about 20 minutes to come. The spinach tortellini was smothered in a cream cheese sauce to make up for the very plain and unsatisfactory dish. This was accompanied by small rations of onions which did not do the meal any favours. The pizza was clearly oven-cooked from frozen, which was overridden with mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto in order to attempt to create a fresh feel to the pizza. This was hugely disappointing, given the great reviews the restaurant had on tripadvisor. On a plus side, the waitress was very friendly and welcoming and the cocktails were very big and good value for money. Food wise - I wouldnât return and I hoped for better. Excellent neighborhood type Italian place, lucky neighborhood!!Friendly welcome, great service even during a busy lunchtime when complexity full. Calamari and capresse salad to start, the salad served with fresh anchovy and olive which worked really well. Seafood pasta and a decent house white all around. Very good espresso and home made limoncello. Definite return. Thank you very much. It is a pleasure for us to take your time to leave us a positivereview on this website. Thank you very much again. Itâs a cosy and warm little restaurant run by a very friendly couple! The menu is not too big and everything is very nice. The red parmigiana and the bolognese panzerotti are just delicious!! Strongly recommend if you want change from the classic Spanish tapas.

Visited for dinner with a colleague and had a lovely meal. Only 4 tables and a small, freshly cooked menu. Food is high quality and authentic Italian. I had the gnocchi wth meatball sauce while my colleague had the vegetable tagliatelle. Portions were small but that suited me - I was comfortably full after 2 courses. We were also offered complimentary amuse bouche between courses. Wine is reasonably priced. I would definitely come back.

The owner is very personable and passionate about his food. The entire meal was an experience The pizza (appetizer) reminded me of home(NYC) not greasy, flavorful and good! The pasta was fresh and very good. The owner has a definite order to his meal service and menu and it works. Thank you for a memorable evening.* note - limited tables suggest calling for a reservation- this restaurant was close to our AirBnb and away from all the tourists
