Went to this restaurant based on recommendation of charter company, we were in Sant'Agata only to pick up boat charter. Restaurant came and got us and returned us to the marina. Food was fabulous. Pasta dishes were quite tasty as was the pizza and the fresh fish. Food good enough that we returned at the end of our trip as well. Would recommend

If you are visiting Sant'Agata you have to have one lunch or dinner at Asteria by Pino. Excellent selection of seafood, pastas & pizzas. Lovely setting. They were very busy on the Saturday evening we were there; families, couples..everyone having a good time.

We were actually looking for locanda del monsu which was closed. Great seafood! Very tasteful zuppa di cozze and smoked swordfish for antipasti. Some delicious risotto con gamberi after. Typical Italian no nonsense appearance but great food for a good price!

Everything was great about this restaurant. Situation, views, service, ambience, attention from the chef. The menu offers a small number of choice options. Everything we ate was delicious, but the highlight was undoubtedly the liquorice creme brulee. I can still taste it now if I close my eyes. Wonderful. One tip, park in the street below and walk up the short but steep slope.

Place is not easy to reach. Road signs absent. Location appears nice, for the prevence of some green spaces. Anyway, nothing special. Staff is polite and willing, but food....out of haute cuisine. We tried to have tasting menu, but it was impossible: too much people, waitress answered. We asked her what chef recommended and we selected that. Bad choice. Fresh fish, but not well cooked. We were expecting different food level, higher for sure. Low end wine list. In the end, absolutely not recommended.

Had planned to go to Asteria across the road but found it closed and so stumbled across A Modo Nostro. The food is exquisite, extremely well presented, and reasonably priced. The enjoyable experience was amplified by the friendliness of the staff. The tasting menu very much to be recommended. Some of the nicest raw tuna Iâve eaten in a long time as well as wonderfully tender octopus and delicious gnocchi with shrimp. An excellent pale ale also a pleasant surprise. Wine very well priced.
