the people who attend the place is very kind, very good disposition and very fast, the place is always open, and is the only place in the center of sampeyre where to eat pasta in any time. So, if you are hungry at 3 pm and you don't want to eat just a sandwich, this is the place. They are very honest about it, is not fresh pasta, it is not just made it, but it's very good tasting and it's served quickly. also the coffee is very good. i must to add, my husband had to finish something for his job during our holidays, and in our acomodation there wasn't internet couverage, so he spent several hours in this place working, and he drunk just a couple cups of coffee, and the owner was very nice with him. Thank you for that!!

Bel locale, ben curato anche nei dettagli, buon rapporto qualità /prezzo, buona conduzione da parte dei proprietari, pulito, bel tovagliato e ben apparecchiato.I piatti sono tipici piemontesi, ben preparati e la "scarpetta" ci sta : non si può lasciar nel piatto residui così buoni di salsine, cotture, etc. Si mangia tutto e ci si lecca le dita. COnsigliati i ravioles, i flan di verdura e la bunette per dolce.

Questo locale è un'importante tappa per la nostra famiglia per svariate ragioni: le colazioni ed il caffè sono buonissime, a pranzo spesso ci deliziamo con i panini, le piadine e soprattutto le pizze, con prezzi giusti e ingredienti di qualità , nel tardo pomeriggio invece, specie d'estate, amiamo accomodarci ai tavolini per un aperitivo a prezzi economici accompagnato da vari stuzzichini. Da anni lo frequentiamo e lo preferiamo agli altri di sampeyre, anche per l'onestà e l'accoglienza del titolare e dei suoi figli, che svolgono con passione il lavoro. Non è certo un posto chic, ma è piuttosto verace e sincero e non delude mai nel rapporto qualità prezzo!

This is my 3rd time coming here and they have never failed to live up to the expectations I had since my first visit! It's a nice and quiet campsite with very clean toilets and showers. The food in the restaurant is lovely and keeps me coming back! The hosts are great and very friendly! I would definitely recommend if you are in the area! P.s. try the local beer! It tastes delicious!

This fabulous restaurant sits close to the top of the one ski lift in this relatively unknown part of Piedmont. The chef, Yuri, previously ran a Michelin-starred restaurant in Cuneo (Antiche Contrade) so clearly knows his stuff. The ambiance in the refugio was lovely - the moment we walked in on a cool October day the smell of woodsmoke was reassuring and cosy, with promises of warmth and good hospitality. We began with mountain cheese (see photo). Then ravioles (in this case made mainly from potatoes, flour & cheese: what I call gnocchi) followed by porcini mushroom risotto with smoked char and then slow-cooked venison were all outstanding and accompanied with appropriate wines.The triumph of the lunch though was the pudding called cappuccino della meira, comprising a large cup, every spoonful from which seemed to produce a different taste and textrual sensation: truly outstanding. This was accompanied by a deep rose sparkling wine, Quagliano Colline Saluzzesi Giordianimo Teresio, made from a grape (quagliano) I've never encountered before delicious & a perfect accompaniment. Yuri looked after us wonderfully. As we left the first snowflakes were falling that will ultimately cut him off from road access for nearly six months.Lucky skiers!

Mi sono fermato in questo locale a fine giugno con dei parenti. Abbiamo gustato delle ottime pizze condite con prodotti di qualità . Mi sono fermato in questo locale anche lo scorso mese di maggio dove ho usufruito del ristorante. Anche in quel caso soddisfattissimo. Lo consiglio

Food was very good,we also had rooms upstairs to spend the night and our stay was pretty lovely.Staff was kind and professional and the place is perfect if you want to enjoy some walks through the alps.

Ce n était peu être pas un bon jour .j ai suivi encore une fois les conseils de tripadvisor pour le choix du resto dans une ville que je ne connaissais pas .les photos et les commentaires étaient alléchants.peu importe l établissements un peu vieillot ....très vieillot même je pensais que nous allions nous régaler.on nous informe du prix du menu 20⬠vin et café compris tout va bien .pas de choix de pâtes il n y en qu ne sorteSpaghettis à l huile et ail .....où sont les 3 choix de pâtes ? 2 em plat .encore une fois pas de choix on nous sert 2 tranches de rôti de porc fines très fines accompagnement frites. Desserts 1 flan au chocolat pour moi 1 flan vanille pour mon mari .cherchez l erreur.avec se que nous avons manger menu extra cher

Una Piacevole e non impegnativa passeggiata nel bosco porta al rifugio ben restaurato ed in posizione splendida, con ampia vista sula valle. Accoglienza cordialissima e pasto semplice, ma davvero molto buono, con discreta scelta di piatti. Ottimo il rapporto qualità /prezzo.
