Ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo locale e siccome la specialità della casa era il tortel lo abbiamo ordinato con una varietà di salumi. Sicuramente buono, ma per stomaci più forti del ns. essendo fritto. Comunque nel complesso da promuovere.

Fichtenhof is found in the little hamlet of Cauria, a typical South Tyrolean mountain settlement, surrounded by the forests and meadows of Monte Corno Nature Park. We ate lunch here with friends to celebrate a 60th Birthday and left with a memory that will stay with me forever. Service was very good, explaining local dishes very well and making recommendations. Our food was terrific, tasty and full of flavour and we were also blessed with a lovely sunny day, perfect for eating a leisurely lunch at the outside tables. After lunch we took the opportunity for a stroll around the hamlet and surrounding forest and meadows before returning for dessert and coffee.

The Baita Garba is in a wonderfull location, has it's own little spirng with fresh water for their trout pond. The staff is always friendly and the portions are good if you are very hungry.If you are a big group or just with a few frieds or family this place is where you have to go if you want to have a good time.

There are not many places in Salurn where you can eat a good pizza but Jolly is where you can find a very good one.The owner is always friendly and will give you a table even if it is already late.The pizza is very good and after one you will want to have an other one.If you look for a good quick pizza go here.

We visited this restaurant by the advice of a friend, who'd directed us to the Haderburg Winery (well worth a visit too) and mentioned this place as a nice place to have lunch. He was right! The terrace of the restaurant is nested high up on the hillside overlooking the Adige/Etsch Valley. Words can't do the view justice. The food itself was good, if not as spectacular as the view - the highlight being a dish of pumpkin gnocchi with smoked ricotta, very refined. I'd definitely recommend a visit during the outdoor season!

Stopped here for lunch with family. The outdoor seating was very inviting, but we chose the indoor seating with comfortable air conditioning! The entire restaurant looked brand new and very well decorated.The service was decent and the food was amazing! The pasta tasted homemade and the salad with grilled beef was so savory. The additional sautéed mushrooms made it even better.They need to redesign the bathroom. There is no privacy between the men's and women's bathrooms. Strongly recommend.
