The time to read the menu, we were offered an aperitif, an "improved", tasty Prosecco⦠Nice surprise. The choice of meals is large, each of our group of four found his preferred lunch. Light for ladies, heavier for men. I went for lentils with smoked pork knuckle. Unfortunately, the juicy piece of pork knuckle I was dreaming about appeared to be just few pieces of meat dropped on the lentils. The taste was nice but it was not what I expected. My friends largely enjoyed their meal. Which was promptly served, no long waiting time to see first food arriving. At the end we were offered a Grappa or Limoncello. With winter outside, hard to refuse... Overall a positive experience, booking in advance for the lunch time is strongly recommended in this offices area.

This is a small and cosy place offering excellent service and delicious meals.Menu is limited to several dishes but contains fish, meet, pastas, ...Dishes are not big, but very tasty ...The only remark is languages spoken - itâs only French and Italian. For the rest highly recommend !!!

This is a small and deservedly busy restaurant. Booking in advance is advised. As a first course I had delicious soup with pasta. The main course of swordfish was superbly cooked and bursting with flavour. The strawberry tart was a perfect conclusion to the meal. As you might expect the wine selection is extensive and of very high quality. The best restaurant I have found in the city.

Went here after reading reviews on TA. Simple restaurant with outdoor seating in simple furniture on an uneven and busy street.Nice pizza , friendly service but 16 euro for a ordinary pizza - thats too much.We paided 40 euros for some fried mozzarella, 2 beers and 2 pizza.Overprized for a restaurant like this.Dear client,Your statement is not correct. We have regular pizzas, more traditionals and special pizzas where we put our fantasy and our fresh products. Our traditionals have a range beetween 8 and 13 euro that are far away the lowest price range in whole Brussels for a real pizza. Our specials, just 5 pizzas goes beetween 14 and 17 euro. You took a bufalina special that is not at all ordinary. It s a special pizza with mozzarella fior di latte, fresh tomato sauce, rucola, grana padano in scales (parmesan), parma ham and our home made basilic oil. This is the best price people can get for an top pizza, with top fresh ingredients. I also remind you that our dough is maturated 4 days in order to guarantee the best digestion for our clients as per our principles. Things that, you didnt understand and evalute. The street is busy and uneven? Sorry, it s not our fault. Finally, if the price is only thing you evaluate, whatever you eat, you got our menu with a price clearly written. So, you could take a less expensive pizza. We respect your opinion, but we state it s completely wrong and not fact based.Best Regards.

This place is quite unusual in that it seems very chilled, a lot of locals eating lunch while I was there. It really is a little gem. I can understand the negative reviews about the service but I couldnât fault it, the 3 members of staff there doing everything were busy but super helpful and pleasant. The food is actually pretty amazing so worth it anyway. You can see into the kitchen area and watch all the pastas being prepared freshly. The portion size is huge & the best pasta Iâve had outside Italy. The only slight negative is that the drinks werenât on the menu and after ordering two waters I found out when paying that they were â¬9.

We had a great meal and the service was fantastic. It's a Italian family run restaurant and the pasta is homemade.

After dropping in to request a table on Friday night we were surprised to be able to get a table at 8pm.My wife had pasta with Gambas prawns and I had the fillet steak which was served with vegetables and and pasta. Along with a bottle of wine, our 2 mains were â¬80.Noticing the other diners around us, the restaurant only did the one type of pasta with every dish wish I would describe as an Egg noodle than rather pasta. Unfortunately my fillet steak at the cost of â¬30 which I requested as medium rare was over-cooked and given the thickness would have never been pink in the middle and more resembled a flat minute steak and wasnât set to rest.My wifeâs dish which was flavoursome was let down by the pasta, however the prawns were well cooked (2) and were of a large size. The Italian host was very good and welcoming however the food fell short of expectations from my perspective. We were also given bread and butter with 2 cherry tomatoes and olives whilst we waited. It just needed that added Italian touch of virgin oil or balsamic. We tried to ask but struggled to get the waitresses attention.Sorry Ciao Bella, but as good as the host was welcoming and entertaining, I wouldnât come again.

A family restaurant. Home made pasta made with Love. The most delicious tasting pasta I have ever had. Silvana the daughter gave her recommendations which included two specials her mother makes in the kitchen. Tonight a black squid with shrimp and a porcini with spec. My husband and I shared both and loved every bite. We finished the meal with tiramisu...delish!
