Reviews on Italian food in Rosario, Province of Santa Fe, Argentina. This urban waterworld is a fast-growing city tucked into a bend of the Parana River about 186 miles northwest of Buenos Aires. Slip into a kayak or take a cruise for the best river views, or hit the city center, bustling with discos, theaters, pedestrian malls, restaurants and parks popular with cyclists. A national monument on the riverbank honors the city's historic role as the site where the Argentine flag was first flown.

You can enjoy a good Italian coffee Segafredo Zanetti in many variants , breakfasts, lunchs and snacks , breads kneaded by hand, artisan teas , delicious cakes and sweet pies made ââin our kitchen. Homemade lunches ideal for lunch Monday through Saturday
I spotted this cafe on TripAdvisor and as it was near our hostel we decided to try it. We ended up going back a second time as it was so good. We tried both the Ensalada Calixto and a fillet of chicken with rice. Both dishes were so lovely and excellent value for lunch. The price (about 130 pesos) includes a drink and coffee or dessert.

Most places in Rosario have no idea how to make pizza. Doppio Zero has a real Italian (first generation import?) doing the pizza. The think crust is hard to find around, and is very well done. Stay away from the Jamon Cocido. The mushroom risotto is worth every bite as well.

Excellent option for a romantic stay in Rosario. Lovely restaurant, amazing architecture. Good service. The hotel is currently being refurbished so there are two types of rooms. The old ones keep the spirit of the old city, with a history of about a hundred years. High ceilings, squeaky wooden floors, and neatly decorated (very contemporary). Only con about it is probably a bit noisy but nothing that will make your stay less enjoyable. Other rooms are the ones built a new o recently updated. Either way Savoy is a choice you will not regret. The restaurant is particularly good and an attraction for both clients of the hotel and locals.

Me and my boyfriend went for dinner while we were in town for a concert. The salmon tiradito was one of the best I ever had. The salmon and rugula mashed potato was also really good. The service and ambiance was great. Looking forward to go back. Estimado cliente, estamos muy agradecidos por recibir sus comentarios en Tripadvisor. Nos alegra que haya disfrutado de su velada con nosotros. Saludos cordiales.

Typical atmosphere and clientele of a Hardrock style restaurant, with very good food, drinks and beers. Noisy indeed, but can be fun.

Escauriza is a locally owned restaurant close to the Rosario-Victoria bridge that specializes in fresh river fish. The fish and seafood empanadas were good. The surubi sticks were oily and greasy. The grilled pacu was quite good. Unfortunately, service was spotty and we had to repeat our order several times until they got it right. Worth one visit and that's it.
