The staff is very accommodating and service was friendly and helpful. The place was busy, but not too loud. The bread was delicious and the pasta was very good. The veal chop was excellent.

We ordered two pizzas, Fantasia which is a margherita style with arugula, proscuitto & parmigiano and an Americana which is pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers. Thin style crust with a nice chew to it. They offer appetizers calamari, antipasto platter, soup of the day, salads, sides such as rapini, nonna's meatballs, rice balls, pastas pomodoro, alfredo, carbonara, lasagna (only on Fri & Sat), specialty pizzas 18 types or make your own, panzerotti, focaccia sandwiches, italian style sandwiches such eggplant parm, veal, meatball. Only a sample of some items served. Parking available, situated in a plaza, accessible entrance. Can get busy.

My wife and I had our first date at an Italian restaurant in Scarborough 25 years ago so we chose Carmelina to celebrate. The caprese salad was delicious but the ahi tuna was overcooked and my wife had seafood pasta with mussels that were served cold and calamari that was overcooked and chewy. Nice place but when we got the bill on a credit card the gratuity options started at 18% and went up from there. Quite presumptuous in my opinion.

We are a fine Italian dining establishment known for great service and great meals. Our ambiance is inviting and are portions are generous. No one leaves Novita hungry. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant.
Bad experience! The quality of the food was less than average. The waitress was nice until we paid, unsatisfied with our tips and demanded much more.

Excellent Italian Restaurant.
The restaurant was my regular for a number of years. Slowly, I started to realize that the food and services was getting sloppy and inattentive.Lamb chop are from frozen meat, definitely not like from that of unfrozen Ontario lamb. Steaks are thin and chewy from cheaper quality of cut.Mixed salads or ceasar salad are usually lack of taste and ingredients. You can tell how attentive they are when they just put only lettuce without much ingredients. The dressing are usually sparing and tasteless. You have to catch the waiters when he was flying by your tablet on their way to the kitchen. They also fail to acknowledge old repeat customers even we have been there so many times because the restaurant is close to my neighbourhood. They treat you equal like everyone else, none smiling, just cut the chase and order.Too bad.Fred

Come savor a delicious creation at Terra Restaurants. Come unwind on their terrace beneath the sun and can get there by car. The neighboring area is memorable for its parks.
Fantastic diner with our business partners of Beans & Grind, bringing Pelican Rouge coffee to Canada . Weâve shared starters eg Oyster samplers (amazing especially with the spicy infused vodka) gnocchi (original main dish, but we took it as a starter to share as weâve heart great stories) carpaccio and amazingly fabulous tasting soft fish tacos. As a main I had the Australian lamb, but also the other dishes with the steak and the sirloin with lobster were looking great. Friendly staff, nice location. Was not impressed by the scoop of vanilla ice cream, too watery. This place deserves the new Pelican Rouge Coffee, so hope my bizz partners will follow up on this soon :)

Four of us dined at Scaddabush on Saturday night to celebrate a birthday. Our meals were delicious and the service was great but I almost had a heart attack when I checked the nutrition chart for what we had eaten and saw the fat that we had ingested. Scaddabush has been our go to restaurant of late but we're going to have to change things up now that reality has set in. Our favourite zucca pasta has 58g of fat per serving and the pizza has 43g of fat (made to feed one person). I think that Scaddabush should come up with some lower fat options. You don't need that much fat to be good.

Take-out/Delivery Hours are as posted... RESTAURANT CLOSES HALF HOUR EARLIER
We have been on a search for great pizza for over half a decade. Some decent pies have come and then gone. Finally we ate two terrible ones from a very popular chain last week and had to try something new. We just ate our first Abruzzo pizza and it was the BEST pizza we have ever ate in our lives. The pizza is perfectly built with toppings perfectly balanced. The strength of flavour in the mushrooms, onions and peppers balanced so beautifully with the shockingly good pepperoni. The slices of REAL bacon and a delightful salami...this was a perfect pie. Now to the real deal. The crust is like a cracker crust. The crust is so delicious by itself that just that would be a nice meal. The cheese used was so ropey and rich, it danced on the palate with every bite. The pizza sauce is one of the finest Italian sauces that I have ever had. That sauce would do pasta a beautiful job. On the pizza, it just raises the bar higher than I thought possible. Dynamic in flavour, the fresh herbs and hints of garlic and olive oil just explode in your mouth. We cannot recommend this pizza enough. You may have eaten many others (and many others may cost less) but here, you are paying for artisanal quality. The best pizza available. Get some and give your mouth a party.
