Hell Pizza Queenstown Individually owned franchises
The crust was great and topping good, just not enough topping. The wings were a let down as they were soggy with sauce squirted on it. The sauce was good but chicken texture was awful. The service was a bit rude. Would have been better having it take away. Prices are reasonable.

Just spent 3 nights in Queenstown and think we made it to The Cow each day. Very cosy, rustic, nice log fire, great food, friendly customer service and a good playlist! We'll be back...

Queenstown's go-to Italian restaurant. Centrally located near Lake Wakatipu in the heart of Queenstown, Farelli's Trattoria serves casual, rustic Italian food in a laid back atmosphere. Open daily from 12pm for lunch, happy hour from 3-6pm, and dinner fro
Our group of 4 attended Farelli's for dinner on a Saturday night after a busy, tiring day. The service was slow and disinterested and when the menu eventually arrived presented a small range of frankly uninspiring dishes. A Trattoria with only spaghetti pasta available? You have to be joking - where's the Penne and the ravioli etc? I had to give my pasta a hefty dose of black pepper to raise any taste at all. "Would you like Parmesan cheese on your dish, sir?' - well yes I would have but it was not offered at any stage.Even attracting attention from the staff in order to get the bill at the end of the evening was a slow issue. I'm 187cm tall but it seems I was invisible in Farelli's.Sorry folks - I expect better.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. We had a warm welcome and the attentive staff took our orders promptly after explaining various options. Daniele was our waiter and brought our meals quickly. All the food was really lovely, perfectly cooked and presented. We couldn't have wished for a nicer place to eat: a little taste of Italy in New Zealand!

We visited The London on our first night in Queenstown a week ago. Great pizza, fantastic pasta and good vibe. We received excellent service from a lovely young girl named Georgia and we enjoyed our visit so much we decided to go there again today on our first day back in Queenstown. Georgia was there again and we were warmly greeted - and the chef remembered our special pizza order! We will definitely return again during our visit in Queenstown. Highly recommended. Hi LuckybelHow lovely to hear what a great experience you had! Georgia is a great member of our team, she'll be so pleased to hear your comments. We love to have returning customers - can't wait to see you back!RegardsThe London Team
