Really good restaurant not in the centre of Villa General Belgrano. The food was excellent, particularly the pasta. We also had Kassler mit Sauerkraut, which was also excellent. The service was really good, at lunch hosted by the owners. We had a really good time eating there and we're definitely coming back and recommend in it.

A nice, simple dinner of a shared pizza and salad made for a nice change from steak and potatoes in La Cumbre. The craft beer was served cold and was very nice. The arugula pizza was good, quality fresh ingredients and we were able to get a half-order (a half pizza) for half the price of the whole pizza which was just enough for us because we weren't that hungry. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we had a great night at the Owl and hope to return.

We happened on this restaurant by chance for lunch. It was very family friendly, with interesting and nicely cooked food; good value too.

A nice, cozy restaurant with good personalized attention in rustic surroundings. The food is generally very good, especially the pizzas and pasta, both of which are made on the premises. The menu is frequently changed so as to locally source the freshest produce. It offers a good wine selection, but is usually very busy, making a reservation necessary.

Small restaurant in a restored building with old-fashioned brick walls giving it an attractive rustic ambiance. We had two different types of pizza; longaniza (pepperoni) with olives and roquefort (blue cheese) with pineapple. The crust was medium-thickness with just the right amount of mozzarella (they tend to put a large amount of cheese on pizzas in Argentina, which is too heavy for my liking). The pepperoni was a high-quality thin cut of sausage that was very flavorful and not too fatty. Blue cheese and pineapple was a new combination for me but the modest amounts of each topping complemented each other very well making for a delicious pizza without excessively strong flavors which could easily happen with the strong tastes usually associated with these ingredients. Both pizzas were seasoning with a modest amount of oregano for extra flavor.Overall, a very good meal !

First class service! Host, owner and chief cook and bottle washer, Claudio, speaks very good English and is super attentive. Presentation is superior and unexpected in this sleepy little town. Fantastic soup is on the menu. Hard to find in any Argentine restaurant. Unusual combinations of elements in sauces and all courses. Claudio's culinary creativity is so refreshing in a country where most choices on a menu are meat, pasta and not much else. His restaurant could easily thrive in New York with his mastery of fine dining in the relaxed, laid back atmosphere he has achieved in La Falda.

This is one of the best restaurants Iâve ever visited ( certainly the best Italian one). Products are extremely high quality and you can definitely tell that dishes are prepared with love. Pay attention to Danielleâs (the owners) advice, he knows what heâs doing. We stayed there for around 3 hours trying many different delicacies suggested by Danielle. Iâd recommend the mushroom ravioli with walnut sauce. Also the pesto lasagna was incredible. Finally, price-quality ratio is great. Food is really cheap for the quality.Thank you very much for your words. It is an honor to serve people like you. We hope you can come back soon. Best regardsMuchas gracias por tus palabras. Es un honor servir a personas como tú. Esperamos que puedas volver pronto. Atentamente

Being terribly British here, this excellent cafe has a good range of real tea and actually offers afternoon and high tea! Having said that we went for dinner ( they offer breakfasts too, based on our experience its all good), had a spinach n ricotta strudel with fresh carrot salad and ravioli al forno. Both very well done, and decent portion. We followed up with pavlova, which was home made and came with excellent blueberry ice cream, the meringue was just slightly too refined, good pistachio mousse. Service friendly and helpful and in English! Tea, so good to get a choice, had a very good oolong. We were all set to go back, but they shut the next day! Highly recommend.
