The service was quick even if there were quite a lot of people and we were in August, the meal was tasty and very elaborated, the restaurant is perfect for breakfast lunch and dinner, they cook every type of things, from sandwiches, hamburgers (not fast-foods ones) to typical italian meals and also spanish meals, fish and meat.If you're visiting North of Sardinia go eating at this place. The staff was also very friendly :)

Aquamarina is situated in the romantic port "Marina di Portisco" Known locally as one of the best harbor in Sardinia In goal or out of town there is a beautiful large terrace overlooking the sea .the restaurant is excellent and with excellent friendly ser
Aquamarina has it right ....Antonello and his young team Gaia his daughter on the floor with a great smile can make you believe that you are taking care once you walk down the stairs from the parking lot! The bay views are spectacular and sea food and pasta dishes are divine ! Try the famous Sardinian malorreddus ( gnocchi pasta) and their fresh langostinos . I Love the wine list with completed array of Sardinia wines try Vermentino with sea food ! Aquamarina Resto makes it right in front of turquoise waters of Costa Esmeralda . Is worth every euro ! Plus impeccable service by the staff ! Knowledgeable in wine too!! I will return !!

After a string of misses, we finally had a winner with Da Giovannino. We celebrated a milestone birthday with them and they really delivered on food, service and experience. We had a great big table. The food and wine were very good (salt baked fish!) The service attentive and warm. And the best was they went out to a gelateria to buy a birthday cake for my birthday and did a great job of surprising me with it. Itâs a pretty and warm restaurant in the cute town of Porto Rotondo. Big fan.

This place was a hidden gem, although it was a scary drive to get to the restaurant off the beaten track! The setting for this outdoor restaurant was amazing once we had arrived, you must visit to appreciate the ambience, although it is only open during the summer months. There were two menus, an a la Carte and a set menu. We decided to order from the a la Carte menu. There was a lot of choice and it was different to typical restaurants, I had a lamb ravioli, and all reasonably priced. They were also kind enough to make a toddler portion of spaghetti which obviously wasnât on the menu.Whilst waiting for our food, we also received cheese and grapes which arrived on a stone platter, which fitted in perfectly with the surroundings. All the food ordered was presented and tasted great. Definately looks more expensive than the bill came to. Highly recommend!

Top reviews but not sure why!! Small portions, silly prices and ended up coming home to eat as we where starving after a â¬100 bill. The waiting staff are friendly and accommodating but the boss is not able to crack a smile. She opened our wine but could not be bothered to even say hi. Avoid!!

I dined at Rosa dei Venti over the weekend and had one of the best meals I can remember. The service was impeccable...so friendly, great recommendations, a truly personal touch. The food was superb! The combination of flavors was amazing and all handmade. This was delicious Sardinian Italian with a spectacular chef in the kitchen and a great team. I could tell it was a family run business. They take pride in their work. They server everything from pizza to pasta to seafood to steak. I give this a 100% A+ recommendation!!

Wow, what a wonderful restaurant and beautiful view of the marina. I went here with my girlfriend on our last night in Sardinia, and the whole experience was incredible. The ambience was delightful, and the waitress was very warm and welcoming. This restaurant specialises in fresh seafood, which, due to its location on the marina, is very nice. We had a local fish soup for starter and the octopus salad, both of which were delicious, and the fish was fresh. We then had the fresh prawn and tomato linguine, and fresh tuna spaghetti, both full of flavour. We finished off with the wonderful seadas (local delicacy), and homemade gelato! We went at the end of September so slightly out of season so it was not busy at all. However, this did not by any means affect our experience at this wonderful restaurant.

This September I was on vacation between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. On day while I was driving searching for the Sardinia's beautiful beaches, I stopped to this gas station to fill the tank and to drink a coffee and something unexpected happened: a wonderful terrace showed up with an amazing view on Golfo Aranci and Tavolara Island. It was around noon and a smell of delicious food was coming out the kitchen so I decided to stay for lunch.I had sesame tuna steak with a cream of leek.It was really outstanding. The sesame was crisp and the tuna perfectly cooked a little bit roasted outside but soft and raw inside.Every single pieces melted leaving the full tuna's taste in my mouth. And the cream of leek was delicious, soft and gentle it fitted perfectly with the tuna.Everyone were kind.I felt like home and the food amazed me:)

Restaurant recommended by hotel. Very disappointed. Understaffed. Drinks order taken early but finally had to re-ask for drinks after starters had arrived. Two mains out of 4 arrived and were finished before the other 2 mains arrived. 2nd 2 mains were ordered with sides which arrived and were finished well before the mains arrived. We had to remind the staff that 2 of the 4 mains had not been served even though 2 mains were already finished. Would score 0 out of 5 if possible.

My wife and I and some friends dined at this establishment a few nights ago. We all had different dishes that tasted ok on the night but all ended quite ill. I would avoid if possible.
