Friendly local family style Italian restaurant. They bring a large white board of specials (highly recommended). Also, the known homemade dishes are excellent (lasagne). The specials of the tripe napoleon and lamb osso buco were good. The veal franchise was excellent. The burrata appetizer and oyster Rockefeller were a hit. Service was friendly and on point. Drinks were great. Highly recommend coming back

Wow! I've driven by this place many times over the years, and finally got around to stopping for dinner with my wife and two friends, and we were treated to one of the best Italian meals I've ever had. My Shrimp Scarpariello was cooked to perfection. My wife's mushroom ravioli was delicious. We had the firecracker calamari and a small pizza as appetizers, and they were both awesome. Our waitress, Cindi, was AWESOME too.

Itâs been decades since Iâve been to Marianacciâs.Thereâs no good reason. You move around, try different places, go to the new hot places, develop new favorites. For no particular reason, we decided to go on a Friday night. I figured it would be crowded and made an early reservation. We got there early and were taken to a nice table. The ambiance is charming, dimly lit with quiet background music so you can have a nice conversation. Thanks My wife ordered shrimp cocktail which was fresh and delicious with good sized shrimp.I ordered the stuffed mushrooms, very good. She had linguine with clams, a good size with lots of clams.I had a wonderful unique veal parmigiana. It was unique because unlike a lot of other vealparmigiana this did bot have a thick later of breadcrumbs. I think many places premake it, freeze it then heat it when itâs ordered. The veal was sautéed with mozzarella on top served on a platter with a side of pasta. Sauce was very good but only on the pasta not the veal.Chef made a delicious cheesecake.Service was very professional.Prices are average to low for great Italian food.We will return shortly. It is one of the best Italian restaurants in Westchester.

Had a wonderful meal at Albaâs - service and food were impeccable and it seems as though the decor has been updated since our last visit. A bit on the pricey side but not for a special occasion. Cocktails are large and our appetizers were delicious (burrata with tomatoes and roasted peppers; prosciutto with figs and goat cheese over arugula). The star of the meal was the branzino entree which is whole fish removed from the bones table side (nice touch), which was absolutely perfectly prepared. Great, attentive service that is not intrusive.

Suggest reserving a table on a Saturday night. Well prepared food, lots of options, pasta served very hot. Pizza quite tasty! Donât bother with the bread- not worth the effort- very hot, but tasteless.

Located on Purchase Street in the quaint, seaside town of Rye, New York, Aurora ushers diners into an authentic Italian oasis, where the smell of wood-fired pizzas, rich, homemade pastas, and sumptuous entrees create a mouth-watering welcome. The restaura
A very casual vibe with attentive wait staff. Reviews of loud acoustics are accurate, although attempts at attenuation are evident. Beet salad, burger cooked perfect to medium rare, tiramisu and bread pudding to die for. Donât skip the bread, especially the focaccia. The only miss was the gnocchi, a bit over cooked with overpowering sauce. Will definitely return when in the area.

Cozy and eclectic mediterranean restaurant with outdoor sitting during summer. Our menu revolves around great Italian, Spanish and Greek food with some vegetarian options and plenty of seafood.
This was our first visit to Capers. Some friends had gone before and gave it mediocre review - pretty good food with high prices. For us, it was near perfect. We had the Greek salad to start which was OK. The Bronzino and the Skirt Steak were great. Both were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The chocolate mousse was velvety. Service was very good.

We go a few times a year, usually a drink and snack at the bar. Today it was the pizza. The wood oven gives the crust a light char and the toppings were great. Sitting at the bar, service is always great.

Nice lunch. Had pulpo to start followed by polpetti in fresh tomato sauce with ricotta. Seared sea scallops to follow. Found the olives, brocoli rave and concentrated tomato sauce a tad overwhelming for scallops. Nice wine list. Excellent service. A local staple. Thanks so much for your kind review. We are working on changing the preparation on the scallops. Please feel free to ask for our dinner scallop preparation. It is a much lighter dish with better balance. We really do appreciate your feedback and look forward to seeing you soon. Please make sure you ask for Daniel.
