Great restaurant! Fantastic food. We had the pasta with camomille and the pasta Tartuffo. Truely delicious . And the dessert with you yogurt, honey and pomme grenade was to die for . Lovely surroundings and really great service. Very good value for money

The interior of this trattoria looks sober with sparse decorations. The tagliatelle with mushrooms came with good al dente pasta as I may expect in Italy. The espresso was fine too.Service was friendly and the bill came to 12 EUR a head including water and coffee.A workaday trattoria offering decent value-for-money.

This place is worth trying. You can choose how much and which pizzas you want to try. And there are a lot of different italian beers, surprisingly ones with rich in flavour :). I fell in love with Italian weizen. Service was also great, thanks for the welcoming atmosphere!

This establishment is what one dreams of as an example of Italian Country Farm culinary nirvana. The challenge and appetite creator is finding the farm... absolutely impossible without an electronic navigator. However it is well worth the adventure and effort! As stated in other reviews, upon entering one is asked if there is anything one can not eat, then the mystery begins with a multitude of plates, some simple, some complex, for example the gnocchi with cheese that has a slight smoked tinge, so fresh and delightful, but extreamly complex when attempting to analyze the source of the flavors, then the risoto with peas, then the pasta with duck, then the fried lake fish very much reminisint of san diego grunion, then ice cold capriccio....on and on....what a treat finally ending with coffee and grappa.this is the work of a culinary artist, loaded with Italian charm and personality. the hospitality of the chef and his staff; makes one feel as if you are part of their extended family. You leave understanding what Italian farm life is all about, something that no city restaurant can duplicate, no matter how good and wonderful............this is something not to be missed.WOW

Restaurant Borgo Antico Art with taste. Where chefs' prowess, territory and architectural beauty blend. The "Borgo Antico" (the ancient village) is a small hamlet rich in flavours, which completes your sensorial experience at Villa Quaranta, fascinating y
Excellent food, great service, outdoor and indoor seating. great wine list! We ate there twice and it was all very good. The building in which it is situated is very interesting, part of the complex of the Villa owned by the Quaranta family. The small family Church is worth a visit, ask your waiter if it can be arranged.Dear Buz51,thank You for Your feedback, it is a pleasure for us to learn that Your experiences with us have been up to expectations. We are glad You appreciated our location and quality of our services and You had the chance to taste flavours and wines of our land! Well, we decided on visiting a top rated restaurant on tripadvisor... This can go either way... We were certainly not disappointed. In fact, we went twice in the week we stayed in Bussolengo! The food was exceptional. All very fresh and home made. It was clearly run by a dedicated and talented family with a passion for providing top notch food with great service. It's not fancy or showy, it is just good honest well cooked food that was a pleasure to eat. We cannot praise the place enough. Our waiter was very patient with our broken Italian! The menu was helpful in explaining what it was we were ordering! The wine was delicious, the meat cooked to perfection, the espresso was perfect and we even got some cherrys and biscotti thrown in for free, along with a free shot of home made liquor (Orange or lemon) - do please go, enjoy the food and the friendly atmosphere!

This is such a lovely place in the middle of nowhere, never seen anything like it.The pub is absolutely gorgeous, the staff super friendly, food is lovely and their beer is fantastic! I recommend to everyone to go to this place. We had dinner and drinks and we wanted to watch the football and the staff kindly put that on the screen. When we went to pay, their line was down, I was mortified and there was no cash machine around and to be fair we had a few drinks and we did not want to drive. The guy behind the bar simply said " Oh don't worry you can come back tomorrow ", I could not believe it, as a Londoner I did not expect to be trusted to walk away and come back to pay the next day as I was a stranger to them. LOVELY PEOPLE, LOVELY BEER AND GORGEOUS CASTLE

Situated high above Pastrengo, this fort of a restaurant overlooks Lake Garda and wine country. The inside is stunning brick with the design coordinating off little rooms with the hall. This is a large restaurant, apt for parties or just a few people. Busy place. We had the menu di Terre. Very good, especially the raw beef. Wine menu was a bit limited. Plenty of easy parking, follow signs to restaurant when heading to Pastrengo.
