Breakfast spread is good, but even better is the great view overlooking the castle grounds! Within the indoor section, the decoration is also immaculate, great ambience!
I had lunch here on the way back from a visit to Khao Yao national park. The restaurant offers both Thai and Western food in a nice outdoor setting. I had a tasty spaghetti with bacon, garlic and chilly, the pasta was nicely al dente, not overcooked as you typically find in this part of the world. And accompanied by a freshly brewed cup of coffee and friendly service.

A funny restaurant. The family running is running loud DVD's for their children and not really caring the customers. The photos on the wall from past days indicate that this used to be a great and flourishing place, but now everything looks old and the (new?) owners seem not to care at all about quality of food or the customers in general. Also, the menu is very large but they don't have half of what they claim on the menu. So clearly something happened to this restaurant, and it was not for the better. As an example, the beer menu (for this small corner of Thailand) is impressive but in reality they only have what the usual junk and what any street restaurant would also offer.
Since these guys moved across the highway into their own premise (now next to McDonalds just before the Khao Yai exit on Highway 2) they now have great location and great food. The restaurant is comfortable, clean and well attended. The food is reasonably priced and very tasty. If you are not partial to deer meat there are a wide selection of other choices. As well as the variety of venison dishes on the menu they also sell frozen deer meats and other deer products.Well worth a visit.
Got dinner here the night we stayed in Pak Chong before heading to Khao Yai. It's right near the center of town, was pretty easy to find, and the food was quite good, and definitely reasonably priced. We had drinks, quesadillas, cheese fondue with meat, bread and veggies to dip, spaghetti, chowder soup, and pizza, and the bill came out to around 600 or 700B. The owners were also really nice and friendly. The woman serving us was super helpful. For example, I'm vegetarian and the friend I'm eating with was not, so we were just going to get a pizza and I'd pick off the meat, but she was like, you know we can get you half and half, so he can get ham and you get vegetarian. She also actually went out to buy the beer brand my friend likes, even though it's not on the menu or anything. All in all, awesome! The fondue especially was great. Thanks so much!
FAVEâ DISH is located on the second floor of the club house. This is where you can enjoy an array of delicious authentic Thai and International cuisine. Soak in the beauty of the stunning view during lunch, and engulf yourself in sunset over dinner; FAVEâ
The view is top hill and among the best in Khaoyai. The food taste is just average taste, a little pricey too.

The last time we ate here was 5 years ago and the place has been nicely upgraded and expanded. The couple who are the owners haven't changed one bit and were there during our lunch visit this time, and what a fantastic couple they are. The food, impressively, was still as delicious as I remembered it last time. We ordered the bolognese, foie gras, risotto, penne Italian sausage, and pumpkin soup. We're not embarrassed to say we returned at night for an evening meal, ordering the rack of lamb, fish and tiramisu. Prices are benchmarked to Bangkok, but given the nice owners, ambience and quality of food, it's definitely a place I would recommend.

A beautiful place to have your meals in. There was a live band which was cool. Place is huge. Food variety was ok but I personally found them a little too expensive . Staff were attentive and food tasted above average. Nice ambience to sit with friends for a meal and drinks. Worth visiting :)

We are a friendly family run bar and restaurant in Khao Yai, our premises are fully air conditioned with an outside terrace. We are located 500m from Palio Khao Yai on the opposite side on the road. Our menu remains the same as our last location, great Pi
As a bachelor that mainly eats out, Iâm always looking for friendly restaurants that have a family style atmosphere. Witches Brew is on the top of my list for such a place. A family run bar and restaurant, WB has a reliable, consistent, comforting menu for all ages, with a wonderful cheeky interior that reflects its name. Joined, but suitably separated from the restaurant is a small bar with lounge, where the worlds oldest beer and a good selection of wine is served plus a TV available for sporting events or movies on rainy days. But most importantly it is all about the family that runs the venue; everyone charming and welcoming - a home from home!
