A TAVOLA means "to the table". Regardless of our cultural background, when the call goes out for everyone to come "to the table" we all understand that it's time to eat! We sit...We eat...We drink...We come together as a family. So, here we say "A TAVOLA!
We have attended A Tavola several times now - mostly for dinner and are never disappointed (once for lunch). The staff is friendly and WELL INFORMED on the menu and it's ingredients. The meals are beautifully flavoured and presented, using locally sourced products. The Chefs Vito and Ryan often come out to speak to their guests and are receptive and informative. It used to be difficult to get in without a reservation but they have since more than doubled their size/capacity. Reservations are still recommended because it's a popular spot for fine dining - there are no tvs to distract you from your dining partner or your dining experience. Highly recommended.

We specialize in unique, high quality Mediterranean cuisine prepared with utmost care by our team of creative chefs.
A group of nine joined for dinner. Wait staff was excellent and very polite. The food delivered very quickly was excellent. The pizzas are very good and the veal parmesan tender and tasty. Shrimp penne was very delicious as well. Wine at the restaurant is not as expensive as at other restaurants and a nice perk. $30 for a bottle of Bettinger CS. Pecan pie was an excellent way to finish off our dinner. Highly recommended

Recently had the Chicken Parmigiana meal with my family. Reasonable price and the tray itself was really exquisite looking. I picked it up and Iâm thinking that this is gonna be a knock out meal. Very wrong. These chicken breasts were some of the tiniest pieces of chicken Iâve ever seen. They were maybe even fillets. A ton of pasta of course which was good, but letâs face it, you donât order chicken parmigiana for the pasta. Yeah, tiny, chewy chicken left us pretty disappointed and another Friday night food pick up joint is crossed off our list.

Iâve ordered from PizzaMunno before and the pizza was quite good, so I phoned in an order today. The girl who answered the phone was almost certainly high. She was giggling and not paying attention ... not the normal woman whoâs taken orders before. She told me it would be an hour. After an hour I called to check. High girl âchecked with the kitchenâ and told me it was on its way. Half an hour later I called again. At this point she told me that when sheâd checked with the kitchen, my order wasnât there so sheâd assumed it was on its way. So I waited 90 minutes for a pizza order that had never been placed. PizzaMunno, hereâs my advice. If you want to keep losing customers go ahead and keep this girl on staff.

A more warm welcome you will not get. The resto is small, and not particularly fancy, but the food is delicious and great value. The owner recommended a dish, and even brought out her own hot peppers for me to try. It was delicious. So delicious, that I bought a dish to take home for my kids. When I was leaving, the owner was holding a baby, so that the mom could eat her lunch in peace. Now, that is service. What a beautiful lady!

This is a local Italian centred restaurant that is consistently good. The food is the same each time - so you know what you are getting. Service is always good, fast and exact. Meals are hot and reasonably priced. As in all restaurants - some dishes are better than others - but I wouldn't say any were bad. It is one restaurant in the area that we can always count on for a decent meal.
