There were many opening tables. We asked for a certain one since they were not reserved ( I asked). They refused. The lady I believe was a member of the family that owned the place was our waitress. Took our order and never saw her again. Herself and others were talking to the young bus boys and girls like they were beneath them in the food chain. They are just kids. Never got what we order. Half the order was missing. All this lady did was get everyone in and then you were on your own about their attention. Got the check and the lady walked around with my card for another 15 minutes because why?you got it she was getting more parole seated and paying less attention to customers already seated because they already got your order and your money. Iâm Italian and thatâs not how to treat family( by that I mean customers). The food is ok and the sauce is nothing to run to the phone and call mama about. Good luck to all.

We stopped here after a long, hot day. I was surprised by how clean everything was from the bathroom to the floors. Our waitress was very friendly even with our cranky toddler. They have many options including a kids menu. Our food came out fast and was delicious! Large portions. Enjoyed the fresh basil plants at the entrance. Only negative- pricey $$, which I suppose is to be expected on the boardwalk.

Iâve eaten here in the past and the food and ambience are even better. Their pizzas are great and the meals are satisfying and very hearty. Their extensive drink menu is outstanding. I have the chicken Marsala with spinach. It was very very good. Desserts are one of a kind and very good. We had a very friendly and great waiter. Ask for Kyle. He did an amazing job at taking care of us. Go to the Golden Nugget in AC and enjoy Grotto today Thank you so much for your golden review and honest feedback. We decided to give this place a try when we arrived in town. We were seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive and kept our drinks refilled. We ordered a hoagie, rigatoni and a kids pizza. Wow! We ended up taking most of the food back home cause there was so much! Food was excellent!!!! We will be back for sure!

The slice at Three Brothers Pizza is extremely large and you really only need one slice for lunch.Even though it looked good in the case and the ladies who worked the counters were real New Jersey characters, the pizza was just okay. The sauce had no flavor to it and the pizza tasted warmed over and not fresh.Maybe it is different when it is fresh but the combination of the sauce and the cheese was just not there. It looked good in the case but when I bit into it there was no flavor.

Simply the best pizza on the boardwalk! Unique and awesome because itâs beach pizza but they have been doing this since 1960 and perfected it! You canât go wrong with plain or pepperoni (but try the white pizza). Do miss an opportunity to have a great slice!

Voltacoâs is a family restaurant that is take-out only. We ordered 5 meals, 1 for our toddler grandchildren to share. Each meal was cooked and carefully wrapped in foil, hot and delicious. 2 loaves of garlic bread were included. Everyone was able to pick their favorite and enjoy a wonderful meal in the comfort of our home. Price-wise, we couldnât have done better. So glad Voltacoâs is open again for the season! Definitely worth the money!

Someone recommended this place to me and there were only a few places open on the boardwalk, so I decided to try it. I was very disappointed. The pizza was lousy, slightly burnt and tasteless and even upset my stomach, which never happens. I never write bad reviews, but itâs probably the worst pizza Iâve ever tasted. Try 3 brothers. They are amazing! Not as big or fancy but the slices are huge and it is very tasty. Voltacos has awesome pizza too, but they are only open on Friday Saturday and Sunday now. Pepperoni may be too spicy for children, but I really love them as well. I heard Mancoâs changed their recipe when Mac left, maybe thatâs why the pizza is terrible. Sorry guys but itâs the truth!

Weâve ordered from Piccini in the past but this time it was exceptionally good. Pizza was excellent. The cheese ravioli was very good. The Chicken Paisano was outstanding, the chicken was tender and flavorful. Prices are reasonable and portions are large.

Bennieâs continues to deliver it excellence in food and customer service. Known for it fresh baked bread and bagels on premise, itâs also an excellent place to get all sort of Italian goodies for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They will prepare you hot or cold sandwiches to order. You can also pick out so many different entrees and side dishes from their cases to reheat at home. Bennieâs has seating outside, inside, and in a side room for a larger party. Speaking of parties, Bennieâs will cater your next event. I was in the bakery, during Nights in Venice, and they had so many people picking up catering orders. If you are in the Gardens there is a smaller satellite store, right across from 701 Mosaic. Bennieâs is rated #2 on TripAdvisor and I have no doubt they will take the #1 spot soon!
