Dagwood's Pizza is a very casual full service restaurant. We serve some of the best pizza this side of New York City, but that's not all we serve. Dagwood's also offers calzones, homemade pastas, sandwiches, black Angus burgers, salads and wings. Our comf
We finally gave in to all the recommendations to try Dagwoods Pizza. Many have posted on Nextdoor that it is the best pizza in the area. There are many chain pizza places in the area, but not many small business owner establishments. We told our waiter that it was our first time year, so he gave us a few extra minutes to look at the menu. Being a Friday night, most tables were filled, but there was not a wait. We selected a thin crust pizza with a variety of meats. I asked if we could get an olive oil base rather than the traditional red sauce. It was an excellent choice. Besides being very meaty, the flavor with the olive oil base was beyond the best we have had in the area since we moved here 3 years ago. As I was leaving, I mentioned to one of the hosts, that it was the best we have had in a long time. He suggested we come back when they were not so busy. I told him the wait for our food was not that long although the kitchen must have been hopping. The only negative is that the space between some tables is minimal, especially in the entry area. It is homey, friendly, and we will be longing for more.

Family Style Italian food prepared with love every day. Our marinara and garlic bread will have you coming back for more. Fresh salads, heaping portions of pasta, and a great rotating beer list (the wine list ainât too shabby either). We even make our own
Dominickâs is like dining with an Italian family with non stop dishes of food. My husband and I share half portions and still bring a meal home! The food is delicious, especially the garlic rolls. We have never been disappointed with any item we have ordered. It is an institution in downtown Norcross

Our most recent trip here was in January prior to a Gladiators game. It was on the early side, so we didn't have to wait for a table. The biggest issue was dealing with the Friday afternoon traffic getting here, which is not their problem. We were seating and our waitress was there quite fast to take our dink order and to see if we wanted an appetizer. We ordered side salads and gluten free pizza. The salads were great, a very good size and fresh. The pizza was a good size and tasted great! I am so happy that we can eat pizza here now.
