Good menu choice and the food when it arrived was tasty, good portion size and well presented. However watch out for the bill. I chose a nice bottle of Amarone but the sommelier discretely scratched off the price label (you select a bottle from the wine cabinet) and said the price was â¬35. I picked up another bottle of the same and saw the label on that showed the price as â¬20 so argued that should be the price. As a tourist I guess he thought I was fair game.

A very good European-Italian restaurant, with friendly staff, speaking English. Very good meals, meat is tender and perfectly prepared, the pizzas are big and tasty. The beer costs a fraction of what you pay in the UK or France.I recommend it without hesitations.

I really don't understand how can it is possible to cook with good products such an awful meal! We had a mix dish for 2 people which was really overcooked! Then we were sorbed with a lemon sorbet that was melted!!! The restaurant positions itself as a "good" price restaurant but the tables are old... the furniture is not comfortable... everything looks cheap!

Frankly, we were a bit skeptical because of the region/sea food options, but this restaurant lived up to the hype. The service staff was very outgoing and displayed the raw fish dishes. The sea food was very fresh; we had the angler monkfish and it delicious.

Really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant, they were able to cater for my veg requirements and the food was absolutely delicious. Fresh and filling! Staff were super friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable! Definitely will be visiting again when back in Nitra!
