This place is well known in Badenweiler.Owner is very talkactive, seems friendly at first glance but then turn in rude character.Place seems more a grocery than a restaurant, so small.Food its averall good. Dont eat wild board if you dont want to broke your teeths.I have found in my pasta with wild board 4 pieces of bones.Prices are high. This is not a fine dining restaurant. In a good local restaurant you will spend half amount to eat more.
The best Italian restaurant around the area! The Food is very good, the portions are big, the people are friendly and the location really nice. In the summer they have also ice cream and a open area outside that is just perfect for ice, coffee or dinner. I can just recommend it.

ZWM is a very authentic little restaurant, frequented by many of the residents of Sulzburg. The prices are quite reasonable and, though not up to the gourmet standards of other better known establishments in town, it is realiably good. The pizza has a bit too much crust, but is quite tasty. The salads are excellent.

Atmosphere is great, family place, fairly large parties as well as couples, families and singles. The food is very good and (when I was there at least) a free digestif was offered after the meal, extremely friendly and hospitable atmosphere.

Run into the Castello as we were looking for a place to eat Pizza close by. As the other place in Staufen had horrible reviews we naturally came here. The interior is simply put "typical German" as there is nothing special here. This place could serve Mexican, German, Spanish, Greek, whatever food and you wouldn't see a difference upon walking in. So don't be too surprised.Service was really nice. The Italian waiter made an effort to make us feel welcome. Nice touch. Now the food/pizza would have been very nice, if they simply wouldn't do it on a pastry sheet (my guess) as the pizza was kinda wet inside and the dough not well done. The taste however was very good and therefore I would say that if they figure out the pizza baking this could be a potential 4-star place.
Da Pietro is an Italian fellow who moved to Sulzburg about a decade ago and carved (literally) his little pizza parlor out of the basement of the home he purchased. The interior is incredibly cozy & cute, with only three tables nestled into huge boulder-built walls. When the weather is nice, there are also three or four tables just outside. We've eaten here at least 20 times over the past decade and it is always a favorite and never disappoints. His pizza is absolutely authentic, baked in a brick oven that is wood fired. There is a large range of pizzas available, though my favorite is the special Da Pietro. As a change of pace from the region's excellent wines, we often order a bottle of Lambrusco just to complete the feel of being in Italy. This is a great place to gather with friends in a warm and inviting location for some great food.

The food was fresh, tasty, and portions large. As well, the staff was very attentive and helpful. The weather outside was cold and bitter, but a dinner at Dipiu made us feel a lot closer to the mediterranean.Thank you
Where to eat Central European food in Muenstertal: The Best Restaurants and Bars
This relatively new restaurant opened spring 2019. Brand new interior and an included shop with Italian specialties made a great concept. All service personnel was very friendly and attentive. Food came quickly and in large portions. Everything tasted authentically Italian and was home made. Is this a helpful review?
