Nice little place but I wasn't prepared for the prices. Too expensive for what you get,portions small and all food too salty. The wine per glass very expensive as well and in short shaking the owners' hand and Italian "ambiance" shouldn't make a person have to part with far too much cash for what you get!Many thanks for your feedback.But honestly did you get our restaurant confused with a other restaurant.We have been open quite a few years and in fact you are the first customers to complain about small portions. In fact all our customers rave we give too much on portions plus the added bonus we donât charge for bread basket or potatoes and mixed vegetables with the main course.We freshly cook all our dishes so regarding the salty taste we rarely use salt when preparing our dishes the reason there is always a salt container on each table. Wine by the glass we never measure the 3/4 line on the glass.we fill all the way to the rim of the glass and we do use excellent quality wine I suppose it depends what you are use to we are not a chain restaurant where they do vouchers and 2for1 on meals where they mass produce the same taste wherever you go. We use quality ingredients not cheap ingredients to enable us to produce quality great dishes. This is the reason why we have been here for 31 years serving traditional Italian dishes.There is cheaper places to eat it depends If you require cheap or quality and authentic dishes. Thought we would try this out as it is local.Its a small independent restaurant with a homely atmosphere and the staff were really friendly.Had the carbonara and partner had risotto.Food was nice but not what I would call stand out.Had an enjoyable evening.Would I visit again ? Maybe

This deli has brought an amazing selection of food to the historic market town of Mold. It's worth a visit to sample the delights yourself. Staff are extremely friendly and know their produce. They are passionate about the food on offer and amazing customer service. Wine and cheese evenings as well. A must to visit. You will not be disappointed.
