When traveling I often will get one of their thin crust pizzas. I like the crunch and know what to expect. They had it there on time, food was hot, driver was friendly. Enjoy the consistency Domino's offers. World's greatest? Probably not, but pretty good in my book.
There is very little atmosphere at Happy Joes. They have both carry out and dine in options.Even when eating in, you still order at the counter, and retrieve your own food. The staff behind the counter is friendly and attentive. The pizza is ok. On this visit, I had a taco pizza which is one of their signatures. It is probably one of the best Taco Pizza's I have ever had, except for the excessively large chunks of Tomato. I have had other pizzas besides this on occasions, and they have been in mediocre.Unfortunately, the pizza is very expensive, and certainly not worth the cost that you pay for it.

After looking at their menu and reading reviews, I was very disappointed. The service was good, and the restaurant was nice, but the pizza was not good. All they have is thin crust, and personally, that's not my thing. Their pizza is also very expensive, relatively speaking. Ours seemed to be a little overcooked, and the flavor just seemed a bit off. Our family loves pizza, but no one would eat the pizza we ordered. Their menu did offer many other selections, though. Perhaps the best time to go is when they have their buffet.

Nite Train Pizza is good. We have eaten there for years and their quality and taste hasn't changed which is a good thing. For this area, they have about the best pizza. Unfortunately, for us eastcoasters, it is not New York style. We have had their calzones often and they taste good but their filling is a little skimpy compared to what we are used to.Their prices are average.

I had a personal sized pizza and side salad here, and the pizza ended up being really good (pesto, artichoke, pancetta, mushroom, shaved Parmesan), however one staff member didn't know what any of the ingredients were and the other kept insisting I wanted a different pizza. Also couldn't get the wholeWheat crust I'd had before. Their signage was misleading and they neededTo know what they were doing but pizza is tasty. Garden salad was adequate built a bit limp.

Stayed in Minot one night. Had supper at Olive Garden. Drink special the Hawaiian was great but small glass. Disappointed with size of glass. Salad was soggy and too much dressing on it. Should have told them to have dressing on the side. Chicken Marsala was awesome. The shrimp we had for appetizer was greasy and on the cool side. Not hot. Our server Clayton was great. Gave him a great tip for great service. Salad needs to be improved. Giving a 4 star for Claytonâs great service and for the Chicken Marsala.
