We were meeting family on a Monday and Fiamma was open. We started with their special balsamic calamari with sausage and peppers. A little too much balsamic but overall tasty. We also shared a caprese salad which was very fresh. We had various individual pizza - pesto, marguerita and a special. I ordered linguini with seafood fra diavolo, which had the right amount of spice. People were friendly and attentive. Nice local restaurant with an interesting menu.

Great Italian cuisine made lovingly by Peter and his family. Dishes are very good - primarily classic Italian. Make sure to bring a nice bottle of wine to top off your evening.

Although the ownership is still the same at Trattoria Gian Marco since my last review in 2014, this place has gone downhill. The menu hasn't really changed in several years' time but the product sure has. We had a romantic dinner for two tonight and were disappointed. The wait staff was very attentive - the waiter came around more than needed to refill our water glass and to ask if everything was ok. However, the food wasn't great. Most tables received Italian bread with dipping oil but we got focaccia at our table. When asked for a bread refill, more focaccia was brought. This was way too filling than regular Italian bread the other patrons in the dining room received. Not sure why our table was different. The stuffed artichoke was really gross - nothing more than gooey cheese in an overcooked large artichoke smothered in brown sauce. We didn't even eat 1/3 of the appetizer and I certainly wouldn't order it again. The Caesar salad was another big disappointment - chopped romaine greens with croutons and caesar dressing from a bottle. How do we know? Not a hint of anything other than bottled salad dressing. I expect more from a $10 salad, especially in an Italian restaurant. I make Caesar salad so I know what the dressing should taste like.My husband had the sun-dried tomato and goat cheese ravioli which were decent but my rigatoni with vodka sauce (a favorite of mine) was smothered to death in the sauce, a real disappointment considering how much I love this dish. There was a lack of pancetta from the meal - not even a single piece.I used to love coming here for Italian, but will now need to find another place. Not what it used to be.

Our party of 4 enjoyed a pleasant dinner on a Saturday evening. Our salad and entrees were excellent. Oh and the chocolate cake with chocolate gelato was delicious! The calamari appetizer was average. Service was excellent. This is my favorite location for dining in Millburn, slightly off the beaten path with easy on street or municipal lot parking.I'm so glad Da Nico's opened in this location. We'll be making Da Nico's one of our regular dining spots.

We arrived rather late for dinner, so the room was very crowded with two parties. One was so noisy I couldn't hear my husband at all. They did apologize later, though. Service was great, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they were out of the apple tart, so we opted for excellent cannoli even though they didn't have chocolate chips.Ask to be seated on the right-hand side room.

Wow! That was the exact word I said after trying a small bite of this incredible food. This restaurant is absolutely amazing! Everything from the atmosphere down to the dessert at the end of the night was just magical. Every time I visit, I feel as though the food gets better and better! When you are there and eating this astonishing food, you feel as though you are on vacation in Italy! Thank you so much La Pergola for giving me a taste of Europe with every single bite I take. I will be back very soon!!!

Pre show dinner did not disappoint. Chicken Murphy was outstanding...veal saltimbocca on target. Gnocchi for the table a big hit and the paparadelle cooked to perfection. The portions are oversized, the service very attentive and friendly....and the pricing not what you would expect for Millburn....very economical.BYOB....will definitely return.

Basilico was established by co-owners Mario DeMarco and Angelo Delbecchi, formerly of Sergio's; also in Millburn. Both are graduates of the Hotel Management School in Alassio, Italy. Both from Italy, they have brought their original and authentic Italian
My wife sons and I had a delicious dinner at Basilico tonight. From the Prosciutto and melon to the fried calamari to the gnocchi Bolognese... the short ribs were awesome, the arrabiata delicious. Everything was perfect as weâve come to expect. Grazie, tutti!

Everything here is so fresh and tasty - never disappoints! Only complaint is I wish the place took reservations or expanded. Many times we want to go but don't because we just don't have the time or patience to wait (and wait, and wait.....)

Par 440 Restaurant and Lounge on the East Orange Golf Course in Shorts Hills. You can indulge in a wide variety of fresh foods. Like brick oven pizza or sushi prepared fresh by a master sushi chef. Relax and enjoy a cocktail at the bar with friends and co
The food is excellent. The chef is flexible--there are not a lot of vegetarian choices listed but changes can be made. Sitting outside on the back porch overlooking the golf course is a treat in pleasant weather. Wait staff is pleasant and efficient.
