Medley is a town in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The community was named after its founder, Sylvester Medley. Located in the western part of the county, its primary tax base is industrial development, which is why the population is so small, and the town so dense. The town was founded in the 1940s. It is next to the city of Miami Springs and across the Miami River from Hialeah. The town is home to a Rinker plant, one of its largest businesses. It's also home to the Titan America Pennsuco Cement Plant.

We discovered this excellent restaurant near our hotel on a one-night stopover in Miami. The location is in a nondescript commercial area and the decor is simple, but the fresh pasta was outstanding and the portions plentiful enough to save some for lunch the next day. We also indulged in a "salame cioccolato" for dessert -- delish. Highly recommended.

Small Italian restaurant that offers excellent choices of pasta, pizza and salads. We loved the menu. We believe the food is much better than the fancier restaurant close by. It is great place to eat with reasonable price and good quality ingredients. We loved the lasagna and the chicken salad with a lot of walnuts on top of the mixed green. We will be back.

I usually try an Olive Garden when visiting the US even though I am not a real Italian food lover. OG usually does a good job and this visit was not exception. The wait staff were pleasant although the Mojito took a long time but the waiter did recognize this and apologized. The soup was very good and the meal of chicken parmigiana was also nice. I would dine here again.

Francisco was our waiter/servant fo our table. Excellent service, courtious, friendly and above all professional and nice person.Would recommend OG Hialeah as it was quick and good food...excellent service from the staff.We were there the 31st family Aponte 3 adults and one child....will be back soon

After church service the family went for lunch at this place.Fortunately it was early and the place was not crowded.We had a variety of appetizers which included parmesan cheese,serrano jam ,mortadellawhite cheese which was good.As an Italian restaurant we all went for pasta dishes.I had the linguine with seafood and red sauce and was very good.My wife and the others had the linguine a La Fontana which is a type of vegetarian dish and was also very good.The kids had chicken which was goodWE had two different desserts which neither one of them we found were good.Thank you so much for this rating and review Ramoni. Does italian food is your favorite? This Restaurant has a great italian food. The environmental is excellent to do business because of the layout. You can choose to sit in the front or just in the back side, the service is great kindness, fast and professional. Nice place for business lunch.

Went for a beer and a pizza. Wound up trying the meatballs, they were wonderful. Would have loved for there to have been a little spice to them, but thats a personal preference thing. A little red pepper and they were right where I wanted them. The pizza was great, will go again for sure!!

We took an uber to the Basilico during our stay at a local hotel, the atmosphere was of a favorite spot for locals to enjoy a good Italian meal. The service was great and the meal outstanding
